Alex shrugged and relaxed back into her. “All well.”

“You’re impossible,” Autumn chuckled, snuggling back into him.

Alex hummed happily, curling his neck back into hers. “I know.”

Autumn smiled and nuzzled him. “We should do something. Go out or something.”

Alex huffed. “We are doing something. Snuggling.”

“We should do something productive,” Autumn said with a small laugh.

“It is productive. I don’t know why you’re complaining.” He laughed softly.

“I’m not complaining, babe, honestly. I just think it would be fun if we went out,” Autumn said with a shrug.

Alex glanced up at her. “What do you wanna do?”

“Um… We could go bowling?” Autumn suggested.

Alex shrugged, setting his head down. “We could.”

“I haven’t been bowling in forever,” Autumn mused.

Alex frowned. “Neither have I.”

“What if we go after lunch?” Autumn suggested, smiling up at him. “The I can take you to that dinner I owe you.”

Alex grinned sleepily. “That sounds good. Really good.”

“You can go back to sleep, then, if you want,” Autumn said softly.

Alex yawned widely, shaking his head. “Naaah… I’m already up.”

“We just gonna cuddle, then?” Autumn asked.

Alex hung his head off the couch. “If you want.”

“Cuddling is good. I’m good with that,” Autumn hummed. “Don’t do that, though. You’re going to end up getting hurt.”

“Bluueeeuhhhhhgggg….” Alex responded, not moving.

Autumn grunted and leaned over to press a quick kiss to his neck. “Fine. Be that way, then,” she chuckled.

Alex stuck out his tongue, which hung out of his mouth. “Bleueeheheuehhgggggg!”

“You know… I could easily push you off this couch right now…” Autumn said, only half-joking.

Alex glanced at her. “Do it, then.” He grinned goofily.
