Alex chuckled and bumped her with his hip. “It’s Pizza Pockets now.”
Alex chuckled and bumped her with his hip. “It’s Pizza Pockets now.”
"Yup. Forever and always. Pizza Pockets," Autumn nodded, chuckling a bit.
Alex grinned. “Pizza Pockets. That makes more sense, actually.”
"See? I'm a genius," Autumn declared with a grin.
“Because it’s pockets. And it’d be cool on packaging.”
"Right? Okay, so should we get cereal or something?" Autumn asked, looking around the store as she got back on topic.
Alex laughed gently at the subject change and nodded. “Cereal sounds good. But I dunno about milk. It might rot.”
"Just get a quart or something. I'm sure that'll get used in a week," Autumn said as she made her way to the cereal aisle.
Alex nodded. “True. We can always come back for more.”
"Exactly. What cereal should we get?" Autumn wondered as she stared at all the different kinds.
“Hmmm… Trix is good. But Trix is only for kids.” Alex chuckled as he grabbed a box.
"Pft, says who?" Autumn chuckled, eyeing the Lucky Charms. She pulled a box off the shelf and stuck it in the cart with a smile. "Lucky Charms are good, too."
Alex chuckled a little more. “We need the unicorns. And they have unicorn mallows. Perfect.”
"Yuppers," Autumn agreed with a nod and a smile. "So… Other food…"
“Ooooor…. we could go look for Walmart-bran clothes…?” He smiled a little.
Autumn snorted. "Sure, why not? Onesies, here we come!"
Alex laughed and steered the cart to their clothing section. “Hmmm… the section is split up by gender…”
"It usually is," Autumn chuckled. "I'll go look for the women's onesies, you look for the men's, okay?"
Alex frowned. “I’ll just stay with you to assure we get matching ones.”
"That works, too," Autumn said with a nod as she headed toward the area where they would be.
Alex grinned and walked beside her, humming softly. He wasn’t aware that it was Her that he was humming.
Autumn smiled when she heard him humming. It didn't matter what he hummed or sang or played, she would always enjoy it.
Alex and Autumn soon arrived in the split of clothes. “Alright, women’s, right?” He grinned at her.
"Yup. Let's see what they've got for onesies and hope there are matching ones in the men's," Autumn said, returning his grin as she headed toward the rack.
Alex pushed the cart after her, hummin contentedly. “So, what type of onesie were you thinking of?”
