"Why how rude" he took it off revealing his face. Light skin, darker features. His eyes were big, though he looked highly unamused. Like he does all the time.
A thick curl of his raven black hair fell over his grey eyes. If you looked close enough into them they looked like a shattered mirror of black and white.
His crescent shaped lip ring glistened in the small broken like from above. He stepped forward and looked at the mask tilting his head. "Haha very funyy" He says with his usual soft voice that was no longer muffled through the mask.
"Yeah, nope. Not gettin it. This is an original." He says twirling the screamers spine in his hand before stepping up to her to get a better look. "Well you don't seem like youre gonna die soon. So here you go. A whip. Extremely useful." He says throwing the spine to her. And with thst he turned and walked away deeper into the mall, stepping over the dead screamer. He could have sworn there were some more water and supplies here. Maybe some clean water. He got a little excited thinking about actually taking a nice clean shower for once.

Adrielle rolled her eyes. "Thanks, hottie, but I already have a prettier one." She removed her chain and wrapped it around her waist, smirking sweetly at his back. "But I appreciate the gesture. It's rare that you find someone so nice and charming nowadays." She rolled her eyes and neatly snapped the screamer spine. She examined the two halves. "I could make this into a weapon…" she mused.

"Good, I'm not taking them back. I have too many. I was going to give it to my pet." He says stopping himself. I guess he could call it a pet. Though he didn't really know what it was. That was for sure. "Hm, now that i think about it. I haven't seen him in a while." He says biting the side of his lip trying to remember where he last saw it.

(Fun fact that I totally forgot to say:
So there are the smaller screamers. That yes, they are still rabid but they can be tamed. With a TON of difficulty. But again, they can be tamed. They cant really follow commands or anything like that. But you can earn their trust. Again, they're super small. The biggest you can get would probably we the size of a labrador dog. (They're a decent size) but those are still hard to tame. The bigger the harder. And even the small ones its really hard. Grranted, they start out as….well they're trying to kill you. So its not like getting them from a neutral to good. Its getting them from like…chaotic evil to neutral good. (If that made any sense at all) and again they are rare. Its like having a rather mean friend. Extremely rare, but its a fun thing to add to it. Your characters can have one. (No more than one) and i don't care if everyone has one lol. I want it to be fair and fun ig)

She laughed, cold and hard. "Well, good. You go feed it to whatever rapid pet you have." She snorted. "Later, Beaky." She dropped both halves of the spine on the floor and skipped away, humming slightly.

"Its Min-Hyuk" he scoffs and puts the mask on, picking up the spine. He was a little pissed him off that she just broke it. He sighed and went deeper into the mall.
He wondered if there were any more people in the mall. Probably not.

"Nope, you're Beaky now." She waved and continued to skip away.

"That doesn't even make sense! Im pretty sure " beaky" isn't even a word!" He says a little flustrated(a mix between flustered and aggravated)

(Beautiful word.)

"Of course it is!" She threw over her shoulder, voice tinged with laughter. "I just made it up!"

"How rude! You cant just make up a word! What Are you, some sort of god or something?" He says sarcastically

"Goddess, actually, but you're close." She smirked. "What did you think I was?"

"Huh?" He whipped his head around. Well…beak.
He furrowed his eyebrows and stepped closer to her, taking off the mask. "A stupid teenage girl that was too full of herself. But, my apologies your highness he gave a little now that emitted annoyance from all angles.

She smiled. "I know you're being sarcastic, ut I'll take it at face value." She shrugged. "You may rise, loyal subject." With that, she turned and walked out of the store, not glancing back, or caring if he actually did or not.

"Loyal subject?" He says following her. He didn't want to be annoying or anything. Though not that he cared. He loved annoying people in fact.
But in this world when you find someone else, you don't try to push them away. It was kill, or be killed out here.
"Cocky aren't we" he says grabbing his bag on the way out and gripping his scythe in the other.

"Of course," she said, not even glancing at him. "You're my loyal subject, because I am the queen. Duh." She grinned slightly, eyes sparking beneath her hood, and adjusted the bandana on her face, pulling it up a bit higher. "And yes, I am cocky. Well, arrogant, but they're like the same thing."

"You've got that right" he rolled his eyes. "And I'm not loyal. Nor your subject. And you said Goddess, not queen. So which is it?"

"Both," she said simply. "…Beaky," she added, smirking, although he couldn't see it.

"Wh-for the last time! One, its Min-Hyuk, and two….thats not even a word!!!" He says walking beside her.
They exited the mall and stepped onto the cracked concrete. Overgrown trees and uncontrolled vines and moss everywhere.

"Who cares?" She shrugged. A sudden noise made her tilt her head, and she listened hard.

"I do" he stopped when his ear twitches. As sound obviously coming from the woods beside the mall. A deer hopped out of it, running sd fast as it could away from the trees. It stopped and turned to the two, looking at them. Its face was almost fully split in half and a chuck of its jaw bone was ripped off. It quickly turned and ran away when a low growl followed by a chirping noise came out of from behind the trees.

"Oh, fun," Adrielle said, drawing out her chain. "Do we actually get some action, or am I gonna be bored for the rest of my life?"
