Alison hummed softly as she walked. Used to being alone, she hardly noticed the silence. She did enjoy hearing him talk, thoughβ¦
Eve kissed his forehead. "Are we taking another nap?" She chuckled softly.

M glanced up as they approached their homey cottage. It was more like a country house, though. Heβd always wanted a cottageβ¦ but found he was too tall to live in one.
Neo yawned softly, smiling as he relaxed his jaw. βYep. Is that okay?β
(Snrl)
Eve laughed. "It's fine. Rest." She kissed his forehead once more before sighing, relaxing into the couch once more. It was starting to be her favorite spot.
Neo dozed lightly in her arms, curling their legs up together. βThanksβ¦ youβre warm today. Are you sick?β There was a touch of worry in his voice.

M glanced up as they approached their homey cottage. It was more like a country house, though. Heβd always wanted a cottageβ¦ but found he was too tall to live in one.
Alison stepped up to the door, then turned around and waited for M with a smile. "We could play a game if you wanted," she suggested, going back to the earlier topic of what they were going to do.
M jumped slightly and looked at her through his hooded eyes, as if studying the validity of her suggestion.
βWhat type of game?β He finally asked, once they were inside.
"Hmβ¦ A board gameβ¦ A card gameβ¦" Alison shrugged and looked around the house. "Whatever you want to do."
M straightened up a tad when he cleared the door. Even then, his head still barely brushed the low ceiling of the foyer.
βDo we have any board games?β He cocked an eyebrow.
"We should. I think they're in the living room," Alison mused as she made her way over there after taking off her shoes.
M tailed her, narrowly missing the low overhang of the entrance of the next room. He growled at it softly, rubbing his hair back into maximum floofiness.
"No.." Eve blushed. "This is just what all your love and affection does to me. I heat up like a furnaceβ¦"
Neo opened his eyes and laughed softly, rubbing her neck with his nose. βJust making sure. I donβt want you dying on me.β
M tailed her, narrowly missing the low overhang of the entrance of the next room. He growled at it softly, rubbing his hair back into maximum floofiness.
Alison glanced back at him and chuckled softly. She turned back to searching the room for their board games, positive they had at least a few. With a grin, she found them in a cabinet and pulled them out.
"Take your pick, dear!" she exclaimed as she set them down.
"N-noβ¦How c-could I?" Eve words were shaky as she took a deep breath. She could hardly keep her bearings when he treated her like this, his touch so gentle and alluring.
M looked down at the games, sitting on the couch and tucking his feet under himself, as he had grown to do over the week of stressful working.
βIβ¦ I donβt really care.β If he were being honest, he couldnβt remember how to plau half of these games.
"Hm⦠Okay, then, what about Monopoly?" Alison suggested, pulling the game out from the stack of boxes.
M watched the game get pulled out. βOh. Sure.β He smiled a bit.
Alison smiled at him as she set the box down on the table and cleared the rest of the games away. "Which piece do you want to be?"
M blinked a couple times, reaching over with his feet still tucked in, he picked up the piggy bank piece.
βThis one.β He grinned. He remembered an old friend of his loved the piggy bank piece.
Neo looked up at Eve, smiling sleepily. βIβm not sure. But I just want to make sure.β He stroked the side of her face a couple times.
"I will be⦠the cat," Alison declared as she grabbed the piece.
(Sure!)
Alison chuckled and put the pieces of the game away. "Okay, good job, M."
"O-okayβ¦" She breathed, leaning into his touch with closed eyes. Her skin was on fire as he touched her.
