I always loved all the different Cinderella stories growing up and I’m feeling nostalgic. This would take place in modern day like the modern Cinderella stories. They’d be in high school probably seniors maybe jrs. I’d like to be the ‘Cinderella’ since I have character that would fit her but not really any for the ‘prince’ Aka like rich girl in this situation. Is anyone interested?

Appearance: mid-length, slightly wavy black hair, tanned skin, freckles, bright green, cat like eyes. Around 5’7. Skinny as hell, though slightly fit at the same time, hella abs. Tends to wear a lot of grey and black crop top sweaters, skinny jeans and converse, wears little jewellery and makeup, natural beauty.
Backstory: Comes from a very rich family, though it isn’t the best. Has two older brothers that are favoured over her and she experiences a lot of neglect and abuse in her home life from her parents. She prefers school over home because she actually has some nice, genuine friends that she loves to hangout. She also loves to work as well and school is a good place to do that.

Appearance: Long curly brown hair. Light green eyes and tan skin. She’s slightly short for her age and not really skinny. She’s not very muscular but also not weak. She wears ripped jeans with paint splashes on them and a pastel color tie dye crop top. If its cold she has on a random sweater that’s probably covered with paint splatters.
Backstory: She came from a very rich family. Her father owned a successful chain of hotels aimed towards families. A few years after her mother passed her father remarried. He died a year later. Ava’s step mother took over the hotel business. She made them more expensive and aimed towards rich celebrities. it’s been 3 years. Ava, her stepmother and step brother who’s about the same age all live in a large suite in the hotel. Ava works there as a maid, waitress, masseuse and anything else her stepmom tells her. She Doesn’t mind working since she made friends with coworkers and has been secretly keeping most of her tips. She hates her step family though. She’ll run to the other side of the hotel to avoid them. She hates school almost as much. She’s not very smart and doesn’t have more than one friend. She tries her best though so she can go to college

Ava was late to school again. She showed up to her first period English class at the beginning of the teachers lecture. The teacher gave up on scolding her weeks ago so she was able to sit down silently with only a few stares.
Veronica was always on time, sitting in her usual spot next to the wall in the middle of the room. She was taking notes when Ava walked in, watching the girl for a moment before turning back to her book. She'd never had any real interaction with the other girl, but was slightly curious about her.
Ava was sitting near the front of the room. The seat closest to the door. She was quickly trying to catch up with her notes. She wrote fast. She rested her head on her hand exhausted.
Veronica sighed, trying to keep her attention on the teacher though her gaze drifted to and from Ava. It was strange since she never noticed her before. And now suddenly she kept drawing her eye.
Ava looked around at one point. She could never sit still long in class. She noticed Veronica looking at her and quickly looked back at her notebook. Doodling in the corner to stop herself from looking around again.
Veronica chuckled softly to herself, shaking her head a little as she resumed her note taking. English had always been a boring subject for her so she just wished the class would hurry up and end.
The teacher started assigning a project. It was a partner project and this teacher never let them pick their partners. She read off a list. “James with Cat, Veronica with Ava,” she said not looking up from her paper. Ava looked around at Veronica. She’s heard of her but have never actually talked to her.
Veronica didn't necessarily dislike group projects, but, they weren't her favourite. She picked up her things, moving to sit next to Ava. Hopefully she'd be able to get to know her a little, "Here there!"
“Hey! Guess we’re working together,” she said. “We only have today in class so that means we’ll have to work outside of school at least once.” She turned to a clean page in her notebook.
"That's cool with me," She replied, flipping to the back of her book to keep the notes with the project easy to access, "You can come to mine if you want."
