"Of course I do!" Olive said after the waiter took their menus and left. "You don't have volleyball practice tomorrow, right?"
"Of course I do!" Olive said after the waiter took their menus and left. "You don't have volleyball practice tomorrow, right?"
Ana shook her head. "No, why?" She tilted her head slightly, admiring Olive's smile.
"I just want to hang out with you tomorrow since you had practice today," Olive said. She looked up at Ana, remembering how much she loved her eyes.
"What do you want to do?" Ana asked, unable to tear her eyes away from her girlfriend.
"Ahh I don't know… but something fun," Olive said, pausing for a second, "Which won't be that hard since it's always fun with you. Is there something you wanna do?"
“I would be fine with anything. I can’t be out too late though. Homework and stuff.” She replied, glancing up as their food came.
Olive smiled and thanked the waiter as they left. "Maybe we'll just have to figure it out tomorrow." She said before taking a bite of her food. Her eyes widened a little. "Oh man, this is delicious!"
“Yeah we can just wing it.” She pulled her arm away form Olive and began eating, nodding in agreement. “We should come here again.”
"Definitely, you were right this place is great," Olive said before taking another bite. She looked out the window, smiling.
(Bleep~)
(Ahhhh!! I'm so sorry I thought I responded!!!! Sorry!)
Ana followed her eyes out the window, frowning slightly. "What are you looking at?" She asked, not usually one to daydream or space out.
(Oh it's okay, don't worry!!)
"Oh, just the people, the cars, the lights. I like how the city looks at night, I find it almost beautiful." Olive said, smiling and looking back at Ana.
:)
Ana squinted slightly and tilted her head. "I guess so. There are a lot of different colored lights. I can't really see anything else." She commented quietly.
"Ah you just have to look harder!" Olive said, smiling. She looked at Ana then leaned forward, kissing her girlfriend.
Ana wrapped her arm back around Olive after the kiss, liking her close. "No. I think it's cause I don't have my glasses." She replied. It seemed the most logical explanation.
Olive stopped smiling for a moment. "Oh yeah…!" She said before laughing. She leaned into Ana more, smiling once again. "That makes sense!"
The waiter came around and took their empty plates, putting the check on the table. Ana payed likes he usually did and leaned back, leaning over to press a kiss to Olive's head.
"Are we going anywhere else in particular or do you just wanna hang out?" Olive asked, smiling at Ana.
“We’re going to get ice cream, remember?” She murmured, getting the card back from the waiter and taking her hand before standing up.
"Oh yeah!" Olive said with a little laugh, "Jeez, how did I forget?!" She smiled and stood up with Ana. She leaned her head on Ana's arm as they left the restaraunt.
Ana laughed and leaned over, kissing Olive. “You’re adorable.” She grinned, hugging her around the middle.
Olive smiled a little shyly. She wrapped her arms around Ana in response. "Is the ice cream shop close enough to walk or are you driving there?"
“We can drive there.” She replied, walking to her car and opening Olive’s door for her again. She got into the drivers seat and leaned over, kissing her once more.
Olive smiled as she kissed Ana. As the car started moving, Olive looked out the window again. She watched at the street lights went by, and the occasional person walked past.
This drive was shorter than the first and they reached the ice cream shop in no time. It was similar to the one they always went to but had a small cafe attached. "What are you getting?" Ana asked as they looked at all the flavors.
