De Tearion: Rose an eyebrow, flustered. Love? He wasn’t ‘in love’ with Nwalan. The Vanisher was like a son to him, even a brother.
A young human woman appeared, holding what seemed to be a six year old half-breed boy in her arms. Next to her a human nobleman with golden eyes and blue fingertips appeared, his eyes widening with alarm. He quickly stepped in front of the woman and child, holding his hands out protectively.
De Tearion: Stands and holds his hand up to both catch the nobleman’s attention and calm him. Nwalan, these two are allies. They are Mist Fae, though I truly have little knowledge of the species.
The nobleman (Nwalan): Looks at De Tearion inquisitively, then at Sam and Danielle cautiously. He spoke in accented Common, much like De Tearion did. Mist Fae? How have you found Mist Fae? Be that why you disappeared?
De Tearion: Nods. He then steps around Nwalan, looking at the woman and child with concern. Mileena?
The woman (Mileena): Looking around warily, cradling the also wary boy. Relief flooded her eyes at the sight of De Tearion. Tearion, where are we? Why does everything seem so weird now?
De Tearion: Chuckles. I am still learning that myself, yet we are safe. Kierthēl? He glances at the boy, smiling lightly when the boy turned to look at him.
Mileena: He noticed something was strange before me.
Kierthēl: Vanisher hid. He pointed at Nwalan.
Nwalan: Clears his throat, looking around innocently.
De Tearion: Chuckles, clearly relieved. He brushes Kierthēl’s hair then kissed Mileena on the forehead.
Mileena: What will happen? With all four of us gone, the castle’s going to be in an uproar.
De Tearion: That be a concern for later. For now, we follow these two. Sam and Danielle. He indicated them as he spoke. He then stepped back a bit to address the pair. This be Nwalan, Mileena, and Kierthēl. The only family I have. He indicated who was who again.
