Em made a few more waffles before running out of batter. She turned off the waffle iron before turning around to sit at the table.
Her eyes caught Torz's teeth, which caused to stare at them in awe. "Those are a big set of chompers!" She remarked as she sat down at the table.
Torz paused. “Ah..thank you?” He responded, as though that wasn’t what he was expecting. Typically, people freaked out upon seeing them, so it was reasonable that he’d be a bit surprised.
Em smiled back at him. "So is that a demon thing or a you thing?" She asked as she grabbed the syrup and basically drowned her pancakes in it.
“The teeth..? Some demons have it, some don’t. Inherited it from my mother, most likely.” He responded, finishing up with his waffle.
"Cool!" She said before digging into her waffled. "Maybe I can ask him to sketch them later. They look so cool!" She thought as she ate. "Wonder how bad it would hurt if you bit your tongue with those."
Torz had finished with his waffle. He looked around, before pulling up his mask again.
“So.. what do you usually do in the mornings?” He decided to ask.
"Well on weekends I usually sleep and do about the same things we're doing now except alone." Em explained in between bites. "On week days I get up a bit earlier and get to work, though I work from home most of the time except for wensdays."
“Ah. So what are your plans for today?” Torz asked, tilting his head.
"I have no clue." Em shook her head. "I didn't have any plans before you showed up so I guess we could spend the day getting to know each other." Em said with a shrug as she finished up her waffle.
