Lokai gave a short growl, trying to teleport once again. The same thing happened, and her lip curled in a snarl. "That summoning you used bound me to you," she snapped. "And since that site has likely been deleted now, I can't see how to undo it."
"Bound to me? What do you mean?" she asked, her expression confused and curious.
"From the looks of it, I am unable to leave your side willingly unless the bond is broken," Lokai huffed, folding her arms annoyedly across her chest
"Bond?" she asked, completely and utterly confused. She knelt down on her bed, brushing a stray lock of hair away from her face and behind her ear.
"Yes, bond. That summoning had conditions, which must be set by the summoner for the bond to be broken and pact completed. Otherwise terrible things may happen to the both of us," Lokai said, mentally rolling her eyes
"So, I make the conditions?" she asked, understanding a bit better.
"Yes. And due to the nature of my summoning, it can't just be something like you asking me to fetch you a pencil," Lokai huffed
(I can change some of this if you want them to maybe be stuck together some other way)
(Sure, how about until they both love each other? It would make for a preetty dramatic story)
(yeah, that'd make sense. and Lokai would spaz just at the proposition lmao)
"How about, until you love me?" she asked, looking down at her hands and fiddling with the strings on her sweat pants.
Lokai immediately went quiet, seemingly dumbfounded. "I'm sorry…What?" she asked slowly. If her form had eyes, they'd probably be wide with astonishment
"You know, like a dumb cliche movie that everyone cries over or something" she replied, her cheeks pinkening. She had no idea what the words coming out of her mouth were but she knew that they were stupid.
"So you want to use me to recreate a human film? What kind of absurdity is that?" Lokai scoffed, glaring at Lydia as best she could without eyes
"Not an actual movie, but it'd be fun to see how this plays out" she replied, looking up at her shyly.
Lokai was furious now. She felt a growl rise in her throat, but she took a deep breath to try and calm herself. "Alright. So I will…stay with you. Until we…love each other," she said slowly, her nose wrinkling when she said "love"
"You seem angry" she replied, shifting once again so her legs were up against her chest.
"Yes, I am angry because I am stuck on Earth until you die because humans have still not realized that their concept of love is nothing but a lie," Lokai said matter-of-factly
“Huh.” She replied, her tone filled with attitude. She rolled her eyes
"Don't roll your eyes at me!" Lokai exclaimed indignantly, obviously angry still
“Well? What do you want me to do?” She asked, her voice getting louder by the second
"Maybe show a little respect!" Lokai bit back indignantly
She scoffed, rolling her eyes harshly. “Ha!” She laughed, almost running out of breath
"You are so lucky this spell keeps me from killing you myself," Lokai snarled before folding her arms across her chest
"Wow! Why can't you go home then?" she asked, rolling her eyes.
"I have already explained that, but I will be happy to repeat it until you get it through your thick skull," Lokai retorted dryly
