Acacia walked into her first hour class, and sat down in her regular seat. She spotted both Nagi and Cassie in the class as well. She had no other friends in that class, and didn't feel like bothering the pair at this moment. Maybe later, when she was 'required' to do so.
Will didn't have any of his close friends in his class. But that was ok, many people, especially girls, always talked to him in the class.
Turning her head she looked at Cassie. "I'm fine, thank you for worrying." She smiled to reassure her friend. Cassie really is beautiful. No wonder she is the main character. Laying for a few more seconds, she closed her eyes and took a deep breath. After a bit she sat up and started to pack her stuff. "What's our next class? Sorry guess I'm just a bit fuzzy today. I didn't sleep well."
Cassie raised an eyebrow skeptically, but decided not to press her any further. "Chemistry," she informed her just as the bell rang.
Nagi followed behind Cassie and watched as many people's eyes followed Cassie. Nagi grabbed Cassie's arm and pulled her close and glared at anyone that was looking at her friend. Can I really call her a friend? Well whatever. Nagi didn't feel like she really belonged, but if she happens to stay in this world maybe she'll get used to it.
Will walked to his next class and saw Cassie and Nagi on the way there. "Hello again."
Johnny dragged himself to his next class, catching up with Will and the girls. "Hello."
(Oof sorry I didn't respond earlier I was busy)
~ before the bell rang ~
Kaori walked into his first class of the day, he didn't have any of his friends in it, but that was ok. He liked this class. In fact, it was his favorite one, math.
~ when the bell rang ~
Kaori packed up his stuff, ready to go until he realized then his next class was with Ian and Johnny. Oh lord, he thought. I'm going to have to break them up this time.
Cassie gave them a friendly wave and a smile, giving Nagi another strange look. All this acting up was giving her a headache.
"Something wrong Cass? You look… Like something bizarre is going on." Will said. he couldn't think of a singular word for how Cassie looked.
"Yeah, you're acting weird." Johnny said, tilting his head slightly.
On his way to his next class, Kaori met up with Johnny and the others. He was late to the discussion, but he too, had noticed the behavioral changes. Not only in Cassie, but in Nagi as well. "Yeah, she is acting weird, but so is Nagi. It's like she had a total memory loss, not just that she drank too much last night."
Johnny nodded. fiddling with the fraying edge of his textbook. "Yeah, what's with that?"
"Guys, I don't actually drink. I've just had an off week that's all." Nagi held up her hands in defense. How do I lie about something I don't even know. I can't just go and pretend to be someone I'm not. "Seriously, I'm fine." Nagi turned to Cassie and smiled. "Im fine, okay?" Maybe it would have been easier to say I had lost my memory.
"Alright… Well I have to get to class, I have a test. Also I 'prepared' for the test." Will said and sighed.
(I'm headed to the movies so I'll be gone for a while. So we can pause here and continue tomorrow or you guys can continue and stop when you feel is a good time. I just don't want to go to far because there are some people who aren't here right now.)
(Oof okie!)
Cassie but her lip uncertainly, but nodded. "Right, ok, then."
"Yeah, we should all probably get to the next class. See you all at lunch though." Nagi began to walk off to her next class. Again she laid down not paying much attention. Her grades were pretty average so she didn't have to worry much. Right now, she couldn't wait to just go home and try to figure things out. I can't believe I'm in a Webcomic. And my supposedly best friend is the main character. It was a lot to take in.
Cassie rubbed her arm nervously before taking Nagi's hand to lead her to chemistry.
Lunch, can it be Lunch yet? For one Nagi was starving and two she just wanted out of class. All these new things happening at once made her mentally tired and all she wanted to do was sleep. "Miss Hoshino, Miss Hoshino. Are you listening?" When Nagi looked up the teacher was standing there glaring at her. How long have I been spacing out? "Ah, sorry. I didn't get much sleep last night." Crossing her arms the teacher laid a piece of paper on her desk. "Out partying I see. Well that's not my fault. You need to pay attention in class." Then she walked back to the front of the class. Taking the paper Nagi saw that she got an 80% on her last test. "Well that's good." Mom would kill me if I got an F.
Johnny slouched in the back of the class, chewing the end of his pencil. He was itching to leave, and was counting down the seconds to the bell and trying really, really hard to ignore Ian next to him.
Kaori was having a good time, as usual and paying attention, diligently taking notes. But of course, he sat near Ian and Johnny to make sure if they started fighting again then he would hopefully be able to break them up.
Charlotte didn't pay attention in class as usual. She just played with her hair, twisting it into different types of braids. She could always blackmail or pay someone to do her homework for her, after all.
Will sat in class and took his test. It wasn't that hard, maybe the stress baking and the 4 dozen cookies at home were for nothing.
Ian chewed his gum (more like popped his gum) loudly, not caring about the others. He took notes, and while his handwriting was decent, his note taking skills were lacking. He glanced at Johnny out of the corner of his eye; it was hard to ignore the other boy right next to him.
