Fun gently kissed Evan's forehead when he snuggled back.
"And so, the moon and the earth became clear friends. They laughed together, and played together, and spent their days together. And every solar eclipse, the moon was able to go and spend a few moments with his love. With his bright, shining sun. The end." Fun smiled gently holding Evan close.
"Das still sad. The moon and the sun should be able to see eachother every day! An an so-so-da thingy you said are so raaaaaare." He pouted a bit, crossing his arms. "But I happy that the sun has the earth as a friend. Das good. Fwiends are always good!"
"They are rare, but that makes their love so much stronger. Both of them look eagerly forward to them, so they can be together." Fun kissed Evan's forehead. "And I'm glad the moon and earth get to be friends too."
Evan had a rather sad thought about them not seeing eachother very often, but shook his head and decided not to further question the logistics of the story. He was about to ask what to do now when Crystal knocked on his door. Evan sat up a bit in alert and opted to hide behind Fun as she walked in. "Oh Evan, little rosebud, no need to hide. I was just going to say that if you don't want to do your homework downstairs with the family, you can do it up here. But it is homework hour." Evan shyly reached out from behind Fun, handing over his phone. "Thank you, you can have it when you're finished and you SHOW me you're finished. I'll bring up some fruit snacks and milk in a plastic cup as a snack, how does that sound?" Evan nodded and Crystal smiled. "Take good care of him Fun." And like that she turned on her heel and went downstairs, shutting the door behind her.
Fun listened to Crystal explain the rules, nodding.
"I will," he said. He looked at Evan, turning to him. "Are you ready to get to work?" He asked. He gave Evan another small kiss, and a hug now. He had put this phone in his bag, and figured he wouldn't be needing it.
"I dun wanna. Ish all big boy work!" He said with a frown. "I'd rather be snuggling daddy or playing fetch with Shadow, or letting Mozzart climb all over me. Not do boring big boy work." He shook his head profusely, definitely not in the mood for it.
"Well, then what about this; I have to get started on my work, but you can sit with me while I do it. And you need to be working when Ms. Crystal comes back, but I'll help you, okay? But don't think you'll get me to do it for you." Fun moved to get off the bed, going to grab the work he had from his morning classes. He hadn't been in school to get any of the afternoon class's work.
Evan nodded and snuggled into Fun's arms when he sat back up, and full on expected inwardly to distract Fun while he worked. Of course,Fun didn't know this nor needed to know this at all. But he did sit right on Fun's crotch and scooted his butt back and forth, wearing an innocent expression.
Fun didn't beat around the bush, picking Evan up and moving him further away from Fun's crotch. He put his arms around Evan, though, resting his chin on Evan's shoulder as he started his homework.
"No fair." He said quietly as he sat on his thigh. He then got the bright idea to put his feet in Fun's crotch. His past few years of watching and reading yaoi may just come to good use today as he put his head into Fun's neck, still acting innocent.
Fun raised one eyebrow, doing his best to focus on his work. He picked Evan up, pulling his feet away, and turned him around. Fun finally wrapped one arm around Evan's stomach, resting his head on Evan's shoulder again.
"Behave," he chided softly.
"No fuuuuun!" He pouted and kicked his feet brattily, but eventually settled down, and he ended up falling asleep on Fun since he wasn't getting the attention and wasn't getting his way. He was bratty, but as soon as he got redirected he was full of apologies and bowing away, and would submit 10 fold. He tries to be bratty but fails. Miserably. But adorably. Every time.
Fun continued to do his work, occasionally checking on the boy in his lap. He finished eventually, sitting back from the paper a little. He smiled gently, kissing his forehead.
"Evan," he said softly. "It's time for you to wake up. You need to do your homework."
Evan groaned and mumbled in his sleep. "No Mr.Kitty, I don't want any more tea, but that big bowl of skittles looks tasty…" And then slumped back up against Fun's chest. He was a deep sleeper, and so forehead kisses and shakes definitely wouldn't wake him up. Half the time silly string and an airhorn didn't do the trick either.
"Evan," Fun said again, louder and sharper this time. "Wake up, now." He stood, bringing Evan up with him.
"You need to do your work, or no more snuggles."
Evan whimpered and open his eyes slowly. After he woke a bit the first words out of his mouth were. "As my daddy dom you aren't allowed to take away comfort items such as yourself, my favorite stuffie, and my paci, as punishment. This includes snuggles." He said this all while having his face stuffed into Fun's shoulder. "Now go back to wooooork."
"Okay then. Thank you for telling me. And my work is done already, you need to do yours." Fun kissed Evan's head lightly as an apology for the threat, holding him in his arms gently.
"But but but-" He saw the warning look in Fun's eyes and he pouted and groaned. "Fiiiiiiiiine." He then grabbed his backpack and began to work on math, as the sounds of chaos coming from his family became the soundtrack in the background. He was really happy he'd met Fun, and over joyed he was staying the night.
Fun stayed by Evan's side, wondering quietly to himself if he should go get the snacks so Crystal wouldn't have to bother coming up. He watched Evan do his work, giving little tips when need be without giving him the answer.
Crystal came up and set the snacks on the side table. "Oh and for you Fun, I brought up some tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, celery, and cauliflower and some ranch as a dip. And two cookies." She patted both of their heads. "Be good. After everyone has finished their work we have to vote on a family outing. Maybe bowling, or rollerskating. Something fun too look forward too. So keep that in mind as you boys finish your work."
"Thank you ma'am." He turned to smile at Crystal, appreciative of the snacks. He nodded, staying close to Evan. He… He couldn't really handle bowling, but he would tell Evan that later. He rubbed Evan's back a little, still giving Crystal a small smile.
"Oh please, call me Momma Crystal, or Auntie Rose. Everyone does." She grinned and headed back downstairs when she heard Alex yell for her, yet again shutting the door. Soon enough Evan finished up, and dove into his fruit snacks, also stealing a few tomatoes.
"Ah, alright then." Fun smiled when Evan finished his work, picking up a piece of the broccoli and eating it without any ranch. He'd always been a fan of the stuff.
"How do you think you did on your homework?" He asked, smiling a little still.
