"How can I though I mean look a me.. " she notions to the very viable scars poking out here and there under her dress "I'm like some kind of monster.. "

"Nicole. . . if you're a monster, then I'm a demon. You are beautiful, intelligent, kinda funny at times. But you can also be harsh, rude and a bit distant. But you know what? I don't care. Because I fucking love you. And love is accepting everything about the person you love, all the scars, all the perfect little flaws. Do you understand?
