The plot would start off with there being a large fight at the bar Lee works st. Either you character or Lee gets hurt badly enough to need to go to the hospital. The other character accompanies them, and we'll go off from there.

Heyy, may I join?
Yes, of course!
Yay! Thanks! Okay, quick question, is this gonna be gay or no? Just so I know what character to post.

Okie dokie, I’ll post my character in a sec
Alright, cool!
Everything looks good!
I'm kind of busy at the moment, but I'll type out the starter as soon as I can
It was a cold night. Pretty odd, considering it was a May night in South Carolina, but Baylee honestly wasn't complaining. The cold was more manageable than the heat, for he could put on a hoodie when he's cold, but couldn't take his shirt off if it was hot. Call him crazy, but he knew he had a point. But when it's cold when people expected warm, it made them grump. And in a bar, grumpy can turn into tension and tension mixed with alcohol was just downright dangerous. Baylee could feel it in the cold air. Something bad was going to happen that night.
(All good. I’ve got sports day so I’ll be slow)
Madelyn had never been one for bars. She’d never been one for partying either but yet somehow, her friend had dragged her out of her apartment and down to the local bar much to her distaste. Her gut told her she shouldn’t be going out tonight but she did. She’s regret partying in the morning, she knew she would but that wasn’t it. No it was something bigger that she couldn’t get place.
He looked over at the security for the bar, just to gauge his attitude against his. And Baylee wasn't sure if he was pleased or worried when the guy was just on edge as he was. They made eye contact for a moment, relaying the mutual anxiousness before Baylee had to serve another drink. He glanced over at the people sitting at the bar, meeting eyes with a girl with light brown hair without even meaning to. After a moment, he turned his attention back to the drink and handed it to the gruff-looking biker guy who had ordered it. The hell was that? he thought, rubbing his chin. Before he had time to truly ponder the encounter, there was a loud grunt as two bikers near the pool table began scuffling, both having strong holds on the other's jacket.
Just as Madelyn had presumed, coming to a bar was a mistake. She's already had multiple creeps hit on her and get slightly mad when she politely declined. Her friend ended up going off to make out with a guy she'd been undressing with her eyes the entire evening and left her all alone. The guy on the other side of the bar was cute, she'd admit but the thought was thrown out of her head when she turned her attention to the two men who looked like they were about to beat the crap out of each other.
The security guy stood up from his seat an walked over, saying, "Listen, if they're is a problem, y'all have to take it outside. Not bother the other patrons, ya dig?" Suddenly, a person lunged from a table a few meters away, grabbing the poor guy by the collar and throwing him into a wall. Visualize the bar itself as a gas can and the patrons inside as the fuel. That one scuffle in the corner acted as a match being thrown into the gas can, and all hell broke loose. Bottles flew, furniture flipped, and chairs, bar stools, and pool stciks were used as weapons in an all out brawl. Lee, without hesitation, vaulted over the bar and ran over to the girl, grabbing her hand. "Hey, uh, weird introduction, but this isn't the safest place. C'mon!" He shouted over the ruckus, damn near dragging her out of her seat and towards the front exit, doing his best to shield her from most of the flying items, although he couldn't help it when a drink was spilled over both of them.
Maddie had a little bit of a stumbled being dragged away, but she was grateful. Even though she wanted to make sure her friend was okay, it was near impossible to see her and she was not going into that fight anytime soon. The drink, though, made her groan in annoyance, "I knew it was a bad idea coming out tonight…" She muttered, dodging a bottle that flew past their heads.
Suddenly, there was a CRACKCRACKCRACK!, and Lee felt something wizz passed his ear so fast it nearly hurt. He paused for a moment, looking at the brown haired girl for a moment before pushing her in front of him. "Go. Now!" He said, guiding her through the crowd and through the door. There was yet another CRACK! just as Baylee was exiting the door, and he fell to the gravel parking lot, clutching at his leg.
As the crack reached Maddie's ears she gasped and turned around, her eyes widening. She was at his side again in seconds, worry etched into her features as she reached for her phone to call an ambulance, "Stars! What even happened?" She asked, biting her lip a little.
He rolled over onto his stomach, pushing himself onto his hands and knee. "I have no clue, but we need to go. Can you help me walk?" Blood was beginning to soak through is black sweat pants, dripping onto his white sneaker. "My car is right there," he said, pointing to an old Nissan Versa that was parked a few meters to the right.
Maddie slipped her phone back into her pocket as she nodded. She wrapped an arm around his waist and used most of her strength to help him up. Not being the tallest and strongest person, it was a little hard but she did it, "Thanks for getting me outta there."
He tried to keep as little weight on her shoulder as he could, but the guy only had one working leg at the moment. "Nothin' to it." After a few awkward half-steps, they made it to his car. He leaned against the passenger-side door and fished his keys from his pants, unlocking the door. "You're gonna have to drive. I don't know how coherent I'll be when this adrenaline wears off." He tosses the keys to her and shuffled back for a second to open his door.
Maddie rolled her eyes with a small shake of her head, "I was planning on it, hotshot." She opened the door to the drivers side and climbed in. Even years later she still felt weird diving on this side of the car and not the other. She shook the thought away and started the car up.
He slid into his seat, flinching at the sound of more gunshots as he slammed the door closed. "Nearest hospital is about 6 miles that way," he said, pointing to his right.
She nodded and took off in that direction. When the sound of gunshots and fighting disappeared, she visibly relaxed, almost sinking into her seat a little more, "I'm Maddie, by the way." She said after a few moments of silence.
Baylee let out a grunt when they went over a pot-hole, putting his hands on his knee. "I'm Baylee. You can call me Lee," he said, clenching his teeth.
