"this is only easy because it's on paper." He took the map from the table and set it on the floor. Placing a hand on the map, he slowly lifted his hand, his magic flowing off in strands of gold and light green. As he rose, the stars from the page started to spread throughout the room. He straightened and closed his hand, stoping the stars in the right place. "Try calculating these." He challenged
She smiled and looked around the room, reaching out to try to touch one of the stars closest to herself. "I'll try," She said, placing one end of the tool on the star and doing her best to walk it through the air to another star.
He laughed softly as she tried to touch on of the stars. "Having fun there love?" he asked as he watched her "Much, much easier when they're on a flat surface. 3 dimensions can be tricky." He leaned back on the table and leaned his head on his shoulder as he looked around the observatory
She nodded, "That's true, it's much easier." She smiled and finished measuring the distance between the stars, instead admiring the stars around the room. Even though they were magic, this kind she didn't mind, it was destructive and powerful magic that she was terrified of.
He wrapped her in his arms and waved his hand, causing the stars to move around them in a little dance, light music started to play around them. "Like earth so far?" He asked softly against her ear
She smiled and nodded, "It's amazing, I love it so far." She leaned against him and watched the stars, content in his arms with the music playing as well.
"Once you experience the cold, you won't be saying that," he muttered with a smile "now where do wish to go love?"
"Anywhere," She said, looking up at him, "The only place I really want to go is wherever the Avengers are, I want to meet some of them before we leave Earth."
"We'll meet them tomorrow, I promise." He smiled "want to go see the house?" he muttered with a smile
She nodded quickly, a small smile on her face, "That sounds amazing, and fun." She leaned against him again and looked around the room, happy to be in his arms.
He relaxed and stood there for a couple of moments, gently humming the song and swaying back and forth, happy to be back with his wife
"I love you, you know that?" She mumbled, her eyes shut lightly, "Being here with you is amazing." She looked up at him and smiled.
He nuzzled into her neck "and I love you my dear. I would want to be nowhere else but with you." He kissed her neck, "more than anything in this realm of any other. You are my treasure, my only desire."
She kissed his cheek and hummed contently, "You're my happiness, my everything." She mumbled, peppering his face with kisses.
He smiled and brushed his lips against hers "my queen…" He muttered, pulling her closer "I never did finish that kiss at the wedding." He said with a smirk
"You could finish it now," She suggested, a small smile on her face, "Or you could wait until we get to wherever you wanted to take me.."
He let out a soft laugh "I think I can wait until we get to the house." He said with a smile. "We have the rest of our lives together, I think I can take the chance of waiting." His eyes were glowing with desire, want to be with his queen, want to hold her close and ley no one else take her from him.
Her eyes shone with the same desire, "If you can wait, I can wait," She said, looking into his eyes, "That doesn't mean we can't share a kiss right now."
He ran a gentle hand along her back, a light smile appearing on his face "no, no it doesn't." He drew his lips over hers, savoring her taste, begging for more.
She smiled and pulled herself as close to him as she could, her lips pressing against his lightly and then with a little more need. His hand on her back gave her goosebumps and she brought one of her hands to rest on his shoulder.
Feeling her want and needing to fill his own desire, he pressed a firm hand on her lower back and ran his other hand through her loose hair, deepening the kiss, drawing it out slowly with a groan
A small shiver rushed through her body and a smile appeared on her face for a moment, fading away as she pulled herself up onto her toes and looped both of her arms around his neck. She moaned softly and brought one of her hands up to tangle into his hair, forcing herself to calm down slightly as she realized just how much she wanted and needed him.
"My love," he muttered, forcing them apart a few centimeters "we should get to the house." He said with a smile, leaning into her touch
She sighed, nodding in agreement, "I suppose.." She leaned against him and sighed, "You're right."
He hugged her tight "you are no queen, my love. You are a Goddess." he muttered gently. Waving his hand, light green magic surrounding them.
