Name: Dirk Hezonja (Heh-zone-ya)
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Straight
Appearance: He's tall for his age, around 5'11" to 6 feet with broad shoulders and a strong lower body. He gives his light brown hair a buzz cut, simply because he doesn't feel like messing with it in the morning, and at certain times his blue-green eyes seem to stare through people.
Style: Simple stuff, like blue jeans, sneakers, khakis, and athletic shorts typically paired with an unmarked t-shirt.
Personality: If one would have caught him before the car crash, they would have seen a friendly and intelligent young man who nearly always had a big, goofy grin on his face. But sadly, after the wreck that smile hasn't been seen since, replaced with an empty, uncaring expression.
Fears: Large bodies of water

May I join? I like the sound of this!
Awesome thanks! I’ll get my character up soon!
Name : Stella Calico
Age : 16
Gender : Female
Sexuality : Bi
Personality : Stella is a very odd kind of person, she's skittish around new people and hides a lot, though she is close with her friends and presents a mom like persona, a strict one at that, she can be very helpful most of the times but seems to often exploit too much information in a completely monotone fashion, which scares her friends due to the fact the provided information never seems to be exciting, only dreadful. Of course, having said that, Stella freaks out a lot and worries too much about her friend's safety. She can be confusing at times and get very confused herself at others. She paces whenever she's thinking and always messing with her hair.
Appearance : Stella has light olive skin, elbow length golden brown hair that's wavy and not straight in the slightest, much like herself, pale blue eyes, her body type is flat/square and thin. She's 5'4 which is kinda short amongst the rest of her friends.
Style : Her outfit consists of long sleeve white button up with the sleeves pushed up and the three top buttons unbuttoned, a light blue and pale pink loose tie, pale pink and light blue plaid skirt, long white socks, light blue sneakers.
Background : Lives with her celebrity mom, Mallory Calico. She goes to a private school which has drained most of her energy and excitement for life. She wishes to go to a public school and to not be constantly hailed by the people who think her mom is awesome.
Likes : Chocolate ice cream, being in charge, her friends, public school
Dislikes : Being bossed around, spiders, mean people, private schools, her mom
Fears : Spiders, being left behind
Other : She has ADHD, so she's always moving around
Perfect! Are you ready for me to type out a starter?
"This show is confusing," was the first thing he said to Stella. It took three days. Three whole days for him to even speak.
The first time they'd met, he was making his way out of the passenger side of Ms. Calico's car, looking more like a 18-year old man than a 15 year old kid. He declined her offer to grab his bags for him with a small head shake, taking a small duffel bag from the backseat of the car and walking inside. He allowed himself to be guided to his new room, and promptly slept for a whole day. The next, he sat in the living room on a small love seat barely big enough for him and another person, still not eating anything. At that point, her mom had gotten worried and pleaded with him to eat, so he finally had a small waffle with syrup and butter.
But, none of that mattered. he had spoken.
They were both in the living room; Dirk laying on the rug in front of the main couch, and Stella sitting on that couch as they both watched Spongebob Squarepants. His voice was hoarse, but even through that it was easy to tell he was a singer. His deep baritone was a damn near perfect tone, even when he was just mumbling. And, on top of all of that, he glanced over to her, and actually looked like he was looking at her and not through her.
(Eeeep I feel like it's ass.)
(Lol it's good. I can't respond right away though I have to shower. Be back in a few.)
Stella sniffed, her arms were crossed neatly across her chest and she was sitting up perfectly straight on the couch when he had spoken. It took her off-guard, So, he can speak. She thought casting a glance at him. "I agree. Quite stupid if you ask me." She shook her head, "But…it was the only thing on." It felt weird to have a conversation with someone else other then her mother. When Dirk had first arrived, she had showed him to his room and attempted to make small talk; but he never responded so Stella quickly gave up and figured it was useless to try and speak with him. The episode of Spongebob was a quite stupid one that didn't pique her interest whatsoever, though her mother had insisted that Stella did something with Dirk. She looked over at Dirk again, when he had spoke, she clearly saw that he was a singer, a good one at that.
"Can't be the only thing on. It's a Saturday night, Ghost Adventures should be on." He straighten his arm as far as it would go, reaching for the controller resting on the edge of the couch cushion. "You ever watched that show?"
"No." Stella responded, watching him go for the remote. She pushed it closer to him, "I don't usually watch tv." She admitted, frowning at the tv, disapprovingly.
"Don't like it?" Dirk asked, finally managing to snag the remote. "Or never have the time?"
He reverted back to his old position as he began flicking through the channels.
"Hmpf, both." She muttered, "Theres never anything good on and I do other things that are more important."
He paused mid-click, looking over at her again. "Like what?"
"Homework, school, other stuff my mom wants me to do." She replied, still sitting straight up.
"Alright, what does your mom make you do?" he flipped to the Travel channel and was greeted with the sound of a man screaming in fake terror. Dirk couldn't help but grin.
"Cook, clean, go to fancy dinners and parties…" She counted off on her fingers seeming uninterested.
"Sounds boring." He sat up, rubbing the top of his head. "Ever go outside?"
"Not really." Stella said, looking out the window.
