"You like it don't you?" Kyle pulled away and looked at his lover. "You really like it right!"
"You like it don't you?" Kyle pulled away and looked at his lover. "You really like it right!"
"Of course I like it. I would like it better if there was no risk of being walked in on, though." He replied, hopping down from the counter and leaning his elbows on it, looking up at Kyle.
"You love me," Kyle teased, but kissed his forehead. "Hey, how come you won't let me touch you?"
"I..I don't know. We've only been together for 10 minutes..I just don't know what I'm comfortable with yet." Payton replied quietly, avoiding his eyes.
"Alright, I'll respect you boundaries Because I love and trust you," Kyle kissed his head. "Shall we go find those siblings?"
Payton smiled and raised his eyebrows. "Wow, I'm not used to such mature behavior out of you." He smirked, walking towards the stairs and sighing softly as he heard arguing. "Do we have to?" He asked as Lily came racing down the stairs and hid behind Kyle, followed shortly by two twin boys who completely ignored the three of them and went straight to the kitchen.
"You okay Lily?" Kyle asked as he picked her up. "Is it hard being the only girl in the house?"
"Noo! I do have three sisters!" She replied, holding up the number three with her fingers. "But two are gone! Out of the house. And Macy doesn't play with me because she is smart." Lily explained, patting Payton's face. "And Payton is a boy and plays with me all day on long days."
"Well, he's the sweetest brother you'll ever get so cherish him okay?" Kyle kissed Lily's forehead. "Now, how about we go play in the backyard!" Kyle smiled at Lily.
Lily agreed enthusiastically and made Kyle put her down before dragging him out to the backyard.
Payton stole a kiss from Kyle before he was dragged away. “Thank you.” He whispered gently, squeezing his hand before going to the kitchen and dealing with the twins.
He smiled lightly and mouthed 'You're welcome'. He was finally outside and Kyle bent down to Lily's level. "What game would you like to play, my princess?"
“No, I’m not the princess! You’re the princess!” She insisted, “And we have to fight the evil dragon!” She picked up a stick and brandished it like a sword.
After a while of playing, Lily had tired herself out and sat down in Kyle’s lap, pulling at the grass beneath them. “Are you and Payton getting married?” She asked, handing Kyle a bunch of grass that she had picked.
"One day, maybe when we're older. Why is there something I should know about him?" Kyle asked, rocky Lily back and forth.
“Noo. Well Mommy told me that before I was born, Payton used to look like a girl and now he looks like a boy and people are mean to him about it. And Mommy gets mad sometimes and yells at her brother because he’s mean to Payton. And you can’t be mean to him cause then we can’t be friends anymore.” She said, looking up at him sternly.
So, he's transgender… "I would never be mean to him about that. Whatever he is now I respect that 100%! How about we take you inside, so you can get some rest? You look tired, my princess." Kyle scooped her up and carried her princess style.
“Do you promise? You have to promise.” She held out her pinky to him, giggling as she was picked up. “And you aren’t allowed to tell anyone.”
“I promise,” he took her pinky with his and smiled. “Pinky promise. How about you go find your siblings,” he asked carrying Lily into the kitchen.
“Okay!” She began climbing up the stairs and ran into her room to play.
Payton was nearly asleep on the couch in the living room. He had finished cleaning the dishes and didn’t realize how tired he was after last night.
Kyle walked into the living room with a soft smile. "Someone's sleepy." he chuckled, sitting down at the edge of the couch.
"You tired me out last night." He replied tiredly, pulling Kyle down into his arms and sighing softly. "What were you and LIly doing?"
(lmk if you don't get my reply. It's being weird again lmao)
“We were fighting dragons and talking about marriage,” he listed. “How does she even know what that is?”
"One of my older sisters got married this year and she was in the wedding. She made our Mom explain everything to her about getting married. You aren't thinking of proposing, are you?" He laughed quietly, wrapping an arm around Kyle's waist.
"Not now, maybe in the future when we're older. I'll get down on one knee and say Payton will you marry me and hopefully you'll say yes." Kyle smiled and kisses Payton.
"Hopefully." He grinned, leaning up to kiss him back. "I'm surprised she stayed out there for so long. Usually she's exhausted by lunchtime." Payton closed his eyes again and snuggled close to Kyle.
