“I would assume so,” Elissa agreed. “If I was his only priority, I don’t think he’d be much of fearsome gang leader, or whatever title it is he fancies himself.”
“I would assume so,” Elissa agreed. “If I was his only priority, I don’t think he’d be much of fearsome gang leader, or whatever title it is he fancies himself.”
He snorted softly. "Don't tell him that." he replied, shaking his head a little bit.
“I’m not an idiot,” Elissa responded, flipping her hair. Maybe she had made some bad decisions before but she had some common sense.
"Really? Because you attacked four people with a knife." he replied, laughing to himself.
Elissa flushed. “It’s not like I had anything else on me that would be useful,” she retorted. “Besides, I was obviously not in my best frame of mind because you literally fucking murdered my grandmother in front of me.”
Fox shrugged his shoulders. "Still." he replied. "You attacked four people. With a knife."
“So it wasn’t a smart move, I’ll admit it,” Elissa conceded with an annoyed shrug.
"Yeah, it really wasn't." he closed his eyes, letting out a breath.
“Are we going to talk about something else now, or you going to harass me some more?” Elissa asked, not sure whether to be angry or laugh.
"Depends on what you would prefer." Fox replied, not opoening his eyes.
“Well I’d prefer not to be antagonized, as I mentioned earlier, so maybe we can talk about something else to pass the time,” Elissa said pointedly. “I, personally, like the twenty questions idea, because I can’t seem to come up with anything better.”
"Hm, alright. Twenty Questions sounds fine, I suppose." Fox replied, opening his eyes to look over at her.
"Great, do you want to think of something or shall I?" Elissa asked, staring vacantly at the cell door before glancing back at him. "The version that I like is the one where the other person guesses what you're thinking of."
"I…how about you start?" he replied, shifting around to get more comfortable.
“Okay, I’ve got it,” Elissa said after a couple of moments. “Ask away.”
"Wait, no, i odn't know how to play." he admitted, shaking his head a little.
Elissa rolled her eyes. “Okay, so one person thinks of something like an animal or a famous person or an object or something,” she explained. “And then the other person asks yes or no questions to guess what it is, like is it real or is it bigger than a housecat. That sort of thing. And when they think they know it, they ask is it whatever they think it is.”
"Ah. Alright." He replied. "I was thinking of a different game." He ran a hand through his hair.
“So do you still want to play, then?” Elissa asked, chin in her hand. Her hair fell over her shoulder in waves. It kind of needed a wash now, Elissa noticed.
"Yeah, sure. Uhm…is it an animal?" He asked, raising his eyebrows.
“No,” Elissa responded, holding up her fingers and putting one down.
"Okay. Mineral?" he asked agin, looking over at her and thinking.
“No,” Elissa said again, putting down another finger.
"Person?" he raised his eyebrows, looking at her carefully.
“Still no,” Elissa repeated, putting down a third finger.
