benny froze, he had just malfunctioned, he was ashamed and hid his face in his metal paws while his ears and tail drooped

"Benny, are you okay?" Asani asked, walking over

"Aww, Benny It's okay." Jasper stepped forward to comfort Benny but opted not to so he stopped mid-step. "You're not the only one that malfunctions sometimes. Believe it or not, humans can malfunction too. Doctors call it being neurodivergent or having a mental illness. I malfunction a lot. It's nothing to be ashamed of." He was rambling, but he didn't care. He wanted to show benny that everyone, human or animatronic, has their own malfunctions

Mason chuckles and nods. “Yup. I’m malfunctioning right now. It’s totally normal.”

Derik, who had completely zoned out, snapped back to reality at the word, ‘Malfunction’ “Heh?” He blinks.

Mason laughs. “He did too-“

“W-what-?” Derik mumbled, confused.

he just shook his head and sat down, occasionally having tics while his hands were still over his face

Mason walks over to him and sits down with him, gently patting his back.

he let out a mechanical whine

Mason holds him close. “It’s ok, dude…its no big deal.”

he just sighed and nodded "i-i-i know.."

Mason hums, patting his back as he hugs him.

he hummed too, loving the touch
