"Oh okay"
He sighed, not really knowing how to carry the conversation any further. But he had to get to know her. He wanted to know so much about this shadowy girl who hides in the corner. Was she really shy as she seemed? Or was she someone else. It was a mystery to Elias, and he was going to find out. His brown slightly honeydew hair, touching the dewy grass, it was relaxing. He seemed to be incredibly deep in thought when he snapped back to reality.

The time that Elias was deep in thought, she was studying him quietly, silently. Even though she didn't interact with people, she liked studying them, finding out their quirks, habits and ticks. This was probably the longest conversation she'd had for a while. She sent the small shadow she'd been playing with towards him, letting it snake round his arms.

Not realizing the shadow, he looked around, forgetting what they were even talking about. Looking around at the pretty flowers, and the little line of ants carrying food across a rock about the size of his foot, and up to a tree. He wondered if this girl liked flowers much.

She held back a smile, bringing her knees to her chest and rest her head atop them. Her eyes focused on her shadow, the blue darkening almost to a black. She wondered how long it would take for him to realise the shadow.

Feeling a slight itch on his arm, he looks over at it, expecting a mosquito, but boy was he wrong.
"WOAH WHAT THE CHICKEN?!"
He said trying not to freak out too much. Falling back once more, after he just sat up. Suddenly looking at her smile, then back at his arm,
"Wait…. Did you- are you- did you do this?"
He said with a light laugh.

May giggled softly, blinking rapidly a couple times before he eyes returned to the normal blue, "Y-Yeah, it's me."

"Wooah"
Elias said leaning forward to look at her closer.
"So is that your powers or something?"
He asks her, very intrigued and curious.

She nodded, feeling a little self conscious but she pushed it away, "Yeah, I can control and manipulate shadows."

Leaning forward with a huge stupid looking smile,
"Woah!! That's so cool!!! Did you teach yourself how to use it, or did somebody teach you?"
He said obviously very intrigued.
Little things like that always caught his attention. He always wanted to know more.

May shrugged. She’d never been good at answering questions like these as well, she had no people skills, “I-I taught myself st first… b-but people have helped.”

"That's so cook!" .he said, the stupid grin still plastered on his face.
"How long did it take…. If you don't mind me asking"
He said, aware of her awkwardness.

May smiled a little back, "A-A while. It's kinda hard to control sometimes," She crossed her legs and leaned forwards a little, "But I wouldn't change it for anything else."

"I bet! That's a cool power!"
He said enthusiastically, leaning forward to her
"I gotta say, I'm a little jealous."
He sent an innocent smile towards her.

Her smile grew a fraction, “Shape shifting is cool though. Being able to manipulate shadows is kinda boring.”

"Yeah, i like my powers but, it's not very manly."
He said puffing out his chest dramatically with his hands on his side, his chin raised a bit, and with a tad bit of joking in his voice.

She giggled softly, shaking her head slightly, "You could turn into something manly, I think it's pretty cool."

"People don't allow anything cooler than a wolf, which… I guess is cool, but…meh"
He says laying back down in the grass.

"Why not? Can't you like… turn into a dragon or something?" She asked, raising a brow.

"Yeah, but not in school, its " illegal""
He says putting up his fingers, mimicking the quotation marks

She rolled her eyes, huffing a little, "That's boring, you should be able to shift into whatever you want."

"Well, I could accidentally crush people… I mean, we all are limited to how we can use our powers at school….mostly so we don't kill anyone."
He says to her crossing his arms
