"Hm? Oh, I live here. Well, currently anyway. Basically I fell in here like you a long time ago, and now I've got a big ol found family here. I normally am adventuring back down on the Material Plane, but I come back home to rest. It can be pretty hard on the mental state if I'm out traveling for the whole year straight."

Charlotte blinked at the information but as she thought it over, her smile turned a little wistful. “That sounds amazing. I never would have thought of living in the Feywild before…. Too many stories about it being dangerous, but getting to go on adventures like that, I'm actually a little jealous.” she admitted with a slight smirk.

"Its not too dangerous really. There's occasionally a jabberwocky, but most people here are nice. So long as you don't wander too far into the unsavory parts of the woods. What kinds of horror stories do they tell about the Feywild exactly?"

@FanfictionFanatic-The-Elder group

“Well, that's good to hear.” Charlotte chuckled. “I wouldn't call them horror stories. At least, the cautionary tales I grew up with didn't scare me.” she shrugged. “Just stuff about how you can’t trust anything you see and how everything here will try to kill you.” she listed off casually with an unashamed smirk. “But if you can live here, I’m not seeing a reason why I can't too. Do you think I’d be allowed to stay?”

Deleted user

"I mean, yeah. There ain't no guards here to stop you! The Feywild is pretty free about letting people in and out. You just might have a problem finding a place to stay. There aren't too many actual buildings and stuff, so you might have to just camp out. I know a guy, if you would prefer to stay in an actual cabin however."

Charlotte’s eyes sparkled at the chance of finally getting to live free and having no one tell her otherwise. “What? You think I can’t handle sleeping under the stars?” she teased. “But I might still need you to show me some places here where I can get emergency supplies until I can travel back and forth like you do.”

Isa chuckles. "No, but theres more unsavory things out in the middle of the night then during the day. And on the note of supplies, Theres plenty of merchants who specialize in selling wares in the Feywild like that. Theres also a guy who sells emotion flavored soap."

Deleted user

Isa points at a trail in the middle of the forest. "If you go through there, you'll find a village, a sort of trading town. Thats where all the merchants make their home at, and where Fey who make lots of deals hang at. Most take gold, if you deal with the Fey, they might want something special. But for supplies, just money will work."

Deleted user

"No problem. Always a pleasure to help a fellow traveler." Isa grins. This is possibly the most positive first meeting hes ever had with someone. Most people, either attack him, or he treats with distrust. It is easier when both of them are tieflings, so he knows she won't attack him for that. Additionally, he feels far safer here in the Feywild.
He asks, "Do you need any help from here, or are you going to go shopping on your lonesome?"

Charlotte smiled as he called her a traveler. She always made an effort to start any meeting in a friendly manner, regardless of the species. Besides she was in a stranger place than she ever expected to be and the last thing she wanted to do was start a fight with anyone here.
“Well, if you happen to be heading in the same direction, I’m not going to stop you.” she smirked, playfully.

Isa smirks. "I technically wasn't planning on going anywhere today, buuut, I'd feel bad if you got scammed out of your name. So I'll tag along."

Deleted user

Isa shrugs. "Honestly, its been pretty boring out here just sitting in the fields. Not much happens in this corner of the woods. I actually haven't been to the town in a while…wonder if they've got any new Demiatm books in stock…" He muses.

Charlotte gave a slight nod at the information about this place being mostly peaceful. “I don't know about those books but I'm going to need your help getting to know this plane and the people here.” she pointed out, hoping he wouldn’t mind.

Deleted user

"I'd be happy to help. I'm probably one of the few people around who know exactly what you're going through. Most people who get lost in the Feywild don't end up staying for too long. But yeah, I can help out with that."

@FanfictionFanatic-The-Elder group

“Thank you.” She smiled gratefully at Isa and shrugged. “But we both know the reason why those people didn't stay is because all the stories about this place and the fact that they had somewhere else to go… I don't. Or at least no place that I want to go.” she admitted.

Deleted user

Isa looks up at the sky, contemplating that. "I'm the same I think. This was the first place that actually treated me with kindness. It was a safe place, and was the first place I could really call a home. Everyone else who lands here wants to leave, because they have a home of their own they want to go back to. This, this is my home."

Deleted user

Isa giggles too. "That is pretty lucky, huh? Plenty of weird and coincidental things happen out here. Its just part of the charm in this weird and wild world. If anything, this meeting is one of the least weird things that has happened."

Deleted user

Isa walks beside her, saying, "Yeah, plenty of exciting stuff goes on around here. We've got jabberwockies, hags, archfey….We'll probably see some interesting happens when we go shopping. Fey tend to be pretty out going, so you'll meet plenty of interesting faces."

@FanfictionFanatic-The-Elder group

“I am loving this place more and more.” she laughed. “I am so sick of being safe and protected. I can’t wait to meet the Fey here. I want adventure in my life.” Charlotte admitted. “At least this feels like the start of one.”

Deleted user

"What were you doing before then?" Isa asks. "It seems like you had some kind of adventure back there. You seemed pretty giddy to be running away from someone or other."
