"You don't understand, do you?" Yesim asked annoyingly before turning up and rolling her sleeves, revealing several scars and bruises along her arms.
"You don't understand, do you?" Yesim asked annoyingly before turning up and rolling her sleeves, revealing several scars and bruises along her arms.
The easy-going smile on Ajax's face disappeared in a flash. He grabbed her wrists, mindful of her bruises. "Jade, who gave these to you?" He asked, his voice deadly calm.
Yesim looked confused now. "Richard…" She answered quietly, wincing a bit when he touched the cuts from yesterday.
Bump…?
"Who the fuck is Richard and why is he doing this to you?" Ajax put a hand on her shoulder, pushing her through the halls, heading to the nurse's office.
Yesim quickly moved away from Ajax's arm when she realized they were heading to the nurse's office. "R-Richard is my dad and I don't know why he does this. Please don't do anything to him or tell anyone about this."
Ajax looked at her as though she had lost her mind. "What the fuck are you talking about? He's beating you. He deserves to be punished for that. You don't deserve that."
"No he doesn't. He just needs to do something to vent out his anger….and he just uses me since he's almost always drunk…" Yesim replied, saying the last part more to herself than Ajax.
Ajax looked at her with disbelief. "He's brainwashed you or something, because no one deserves to be abused. Just because he's angry and drunk doesn't ruve him the right to hit you." He thought for a moment. "You don't me to tell anyone, fine, but you'll be staying with me instead. I wont let you go back to that monster."
Yesim shook her head. "No, he's going to come here and hurt someone…."
Ajax raised his hands and cupped her cheeks softly. "I won't let that happen, okay? Now you're either staying with me or I will go to the police. What happens next is up to you."
Yesim's face flushed at what Ajax did, not making eye-contact with him. "But-wait-what about your parents, are they okay with me? Also, what about your siblings, if you have any?"
"Mom won't care, she's barely home anyways. Anf it's just us two." Ajax wasn't sure where else he could put his hands. He didn't want to hurt her.
Yesim nodded, glancing at the clock. "W-We need to go to class…"
Ajax clenched his jaw. "Fine. I'll meet you by your locker and I'll take you home with me. Forget your things, I'll take you shopping. After I asses your wounds okay?"
Yesim meekly nodded. "Okay then….I'm gonna go to Seminar," She muttered before turning around and heading to her next class.
Ajax went straight to the bathroom and gripped his hair, pulling it tightly. He knew he said he wouldn't do anything, but as soon as he had the chance, he was going to beat that poor excuse of a father into a bloodily pulp.
Yesim quietly walked into her class, felling excited and worried at the same time. Excited she doesn't have to live with Richard anymore, yet worried that he was going to do some bad to Ajax or one of her friends.
After the last bell rang, ajax made his way to Jade's locker. He leaned against it as he waited for her.
Yesim quickly made it to her locker, looking over at a paper she had been given in class for a new project that she had to do. I have so many projects, let's hope I don't die. She suddenly remembered she wasn't going back to Richard's place when she saw Ajax at her locker again. "Oh-hey."
"Hurry up and get your things, I'm ready to go home." Ajax slid his phone into his back pocket.
Yesim chuckled and opened her locker. "Fine, fine, just give me a sec." She quickly put in some folders and notebooks in her backpack then zipped it shut, taking out her phone and kicking her locker closed before turning around. "I'm ready."
Ajax watched ger, sighing dramatically. "Thank god." He murmured once she was ready to go. He started walking to the parking lot, knowing she would follow. He picked up his helmet and tossed it to her. "You can wear mine."
Yesim managed to catch his helmet, looking confused. "Don't you have a car or something?"
Ajax snorted. "Oh you sweet innocent thing, no I do not. So get used to it."
