"I can get them…where are they?"
"I can get them…where are they?"
"Um… back where I found you, but I dunno if I want you going anywhere alone until Anton is gone…"
"Oh." he replied, looking at Lloyd.
"Just like… for your own safety. Maybe you could take Lily with you?"
"Who?" he asked, confused.
"She's one of the housekeepers. She's really nice. You saw her with Nathaniel when you first came here."
"Oh, alright." he replied. "Where could I find her, then?"
"Usually she's with Nathaniel. You could take him with you too, if you'd like, but be careful."
He nodded, standing. "Alright."
"Stay away from Anton!" Lloyd insisted before laying back down.
"I will, Lloyd."
Lloyd waved and sighed softly, closing his eyes to wait.
He waved back, slipping out of the room to find Lily and Nathaniel.
Lily was in Nathaniel's room like Lloyd had said, just chatting idly with him. They looked up when Ellis came in.
Ellis didn't bother trying to hide the bruises. "Uhm…Lloyd said I should get you guys and get his crutches."
"Are you okay?" Nathaniel asked, getting to his feet and examining Ellis. "What happened?"
Ellis looked away. "I…Anton…" he gestured vaguely.
Nathaniel's face fell and he hugged Ellis. "I'm sorry… Lloyd's probably furious with him, isn't he?"
Ellis hugged him back, nodding. "He…talked to your father about kicking Anton out."
Nathaniel nodded a bit. "Y-You don't have to go too, do you?" He asked weakly.
He shook his head. "No."
"I guess Lloyd convinced father to let you stay?" He asked.
He nodded. "Yeah, he did."
"That's good, at least…" Nathaniel sighed softly.
He nodded. "Yeah."
