Chiara didn’t miss a beat. “No lion. They’re cannibals.”

"aww did you call me lion." He joked and looked back at the road.

“What? No, I said that there was no lion. Or are you fantasizing?~”

"it was a joke. Ok?" He said to her as they were only 5 minutes away from the house.

Chiara snorted, barely able to contain her laughter. “Okay. But I’m all seriousness, you can’t shoot him at the door. Get him inside first.”

"that was what I was going to do. I was going to go to his office and kill him."

“Great. How are you going to convince him to let you into the house?”

"tell him the deed is done. Also just talk my way in." He said

“But.. won’t he want proof that I’m dead? Also, he knows you’re an assassin, he’s not likely to let you into his house without a bodyguard.”

"Well…. he trusts me." Cole said to her slowly.

Chiara scoffed. "Sure. The rich guy trusts the assassin."

"yeah. He should… If he kills me though." He pulled out a piece of paper and wrote something on it then handed it to her. "Call this number." He said then stopped the car a mile from from the entrance from a suburban neighbor.

Chiara memorized it quickly, slipping it into her pocket. "What's the number?"

"my aunt…." He said slowly as he got out of the car and opened the back door to get weapons.

Chiara sighed and followed him, appearing nonchalant and collected for the most part.

He put some weapons in his backpack then started walking up the road.

Chiara followed, starting a safe distance away.

He stopped for a second in front of a house's driveway for a second before walking up to the door.

Chiara waited for him by a lamp post, taking out her phone and pretending that she was waiting to be picked up.

Cole knocked on the door and soon enough a guy opened the door. The guy smiled then hugged cole and let him into the home out of sight of the outdoors.

Chiara frowned at how easy that had been, almost too easy….

Cole smiled and walked up the stairs with the guy. They went into his study and sat down across from each other.
"How are you, Cole. Did you finish."
"Not yet, I am almost finished though." He responded quietly. "I'm not sorry either." He said then stood up took out a gun and shot the man a few times then walked over and slit the guy's throat for good measure.

Chiara heard a faint gunshot, and hummed to herself while she walked towards the mansion. She waited for Cole to let her in, wary that it was him that had been shot instead.

Can I still join?

Cole put the body down then pulled all the bullets out to cover up that he did it, just in case they could trace the bullets back to him. After he slowly made his way down the stairs, by accidently he fell down the stairs though. But he was ok.

(It’s a one in one and it’s closed…. it says so in the title……)

Chiara was beginning to get worried… Cole hadn’t opened the door yet. Was he dead? What had happened?

Cole got up and went to the door then opened it quickly then walked towards the kitchen without showing his face when he opened the door.

Okay didn't see it.

The door opened, but the person opening it turned away before she could see their face. He had a similar build to Cole, so she decided to take a chance and follow.

Cole got into the kitchen and opened the fridge. Well this guy has… nothing good, cole thought as he shut the fridge and sat down at the kitchen table.
