Bane made a sound that Blue on Blue's clues would make. He wasn't on the ground before, but now he certainly was. "Je suis coincé comme ça ? Je crois que je suis." He giggled to himself.
Bane made a sound that Blue on Blue's clues would make. He wasn't on the ground before, but now he certainly was. "Je suis coincé comme ça ? Je crois que je suis." He giggled to himself.
Lis sleeps for a few hours, then slowly wakes up. She yawns, then stretches like a cat. Then looks up.
"Oh. Hello." she says, feeling her face heat up.
Naize pranced around the house, bored out her my d and hurt from the fighting, though shed never tell.
He laughs. "Hi. Tu as eu bien dormi ? Tu t'accroches comme un koala à un arbre. Tu es drôle, mais aussi intéressent." He noticed how she stretched. "Minou chat Lis."
Lis sighs. "Oh, chut, toi. J'étais déjà endormi quand j'ai fait ça. Je n'ai aucun souvenir de l'avoir fait, alors hah."
She gets up and stretches again. "De toute façon, j'ai faim. Allons manger quelque chose."
Naize limped up to one of the new couple, laying down on banes leg
Bane rolled his eyes. "J’ai déjà mange, mais mon estomac a plus de espace." He had a smug look on his face. "Naize! Are you wounded from that small fight?" He called for Naize, then turned back to Lis. "Asleep already or not, you still clung to me like a teddy bear. Je suis un bon nounours ?" He's teasing Lis and will be for eternity. He looked down at Naize. "Oh, there you are. Are you hurt?"
"Oh? Alors qu'est-ce que tu as mangé, hmmm?" Lis rolls her eyes.
She lightly slaps Bane's arm.
Bane had a look of unamusment. "Ne m'as-tu pas nourri de cerfs ? Or am I tripping?"
"Oui, mais c'était il y a des heures. Je trouve cela un peu inquiétant." Lis sighs.
"Uhhh—I have no sense of time. To add, I don't have to eat as much as you. And there's the fact that I am used to not eating often. Demons are not merciful to their companions." Bane stood up, looking out towards the horizon. "If my dad is sending creatures to get me back—we're in trouble. It won't be hard to find me, anyway. My dad put a chip in my neck long ago. Like how humans do to their pets."
Lis sighs. "In order to keep a proper figure, you need a lot of food. So let's go eat something. And I don't eat much anyways, either. You seen me eat anything yet?"
They place hand on Bane's neck. "I could disable that. Possibly. It might be painful."
"No, I haven't seen you eat anything—at all. But you're the type of creature that needs a lot of food. Not I." Bane's shoulders tensed up. Lis' hand was cold. "Painful?" His eyes held an alarmed look as his eyes darted around. He looked Lis in the eyes. "I don't like pain, but how could you even disable it?"
Lis tilts her head. Surely she'd eaten some of the deer? But looking back on it, she realized she hadn't. She shrugs. "I don't really have the need to. I get energy from my environment, I guess."
They pulse a little warmth into Bane, just enough to be noticeable, to keep him warm. "I've done Spec. Ops field work before. I can do a quick amputation while there's a wall of lead flying overhead, and I can do a heart transplant during the in-betweens. I can take out the tracker, at the very least, if not destroy it."
Bane drew in a deep breath. “Alright, I trust you won’t kill me. Let’s take the tracker out, then we can eat something. Unless you want to eat something first, then take the tracker out.” He seemed to become nervous. Nervous at the thought of surgery to take this thing out. This was weird because he doesn’t mind cuts and wounds. He can even regenerate.
"Let's eat first." Lis says, suddenly grinning.
“Alright. Well, you're getting food this time. I did it last time. I’ll be sitting right here—playing with a ball of hellfire.” And with that, he summoned a ball of bright blue first. He started to toss it back and forth between his hands.
Lis chuckles. "Oh no, big boy. You're coming with me."
Bane looked up from his activity. “Oh no, I am not! What are you going to do? Drag me along? You can't drag me. If I'm not willing, I am not going.” He huffed.
"It's called a fucking date. And we're going to a restaurant." Lis smirks.
Bane went red. “YOU WHAT! Listen Lis, I don’t do well in human civilizations. This is a horrible idea. Especially for you, flat out bad!”
Lis laughs. "C'mon, it'll be fun. And besides, it's an out of the way place I found a few months back. I'm good friends with the owner. There aren't any normal humans there anyways."
They tilt their head. "Why would it be bad, exactly? Is there something you should tell me?"
Bane shook his head. “It would be bad because I’m a Hellhound! I will murder! Go batshit insane. People would also probably want me dead!”
Lis sighs, and steps close to Bane, looking up at him. "I'll be there to keep everything in line. I'll help you stay calm."
Bane signed. “Fine. I’ll go.” His face was completely red. He’s never had time to figure out relationships. Or dates. In fact, he’s never had experience with it—at all. “As long as you tell your friends not to hurt me.” He pat Naize who was at his feet.
