Grayson looked down at what Abaddon was doing, his breathing quick and shallow. He kept his hands clenched tight behind his back.

Grayson looked down at what Abaddon was doing, his breathing quick and shallow. He kept his hands clenched tight behind his back.
Carefully and meticulously, as if he had done it many times before, Abaddon dragged his claw across the heart, cutting a sliver off. This caused a slight sting to go through Grayson, followed by a strange, uncomfortable tingle
Grayson winced slightly, watching Abaddon carefully.
Abaddon then did the same to himself. Though unlike Grayson's "heart," his was a strange, faded grey-blue, and it seemed damaged and chipped in places. He didn't seem to care, however, as he took the small piece of Grayson's "heart" and slotted it into his own. This caused a strange feeling of…unity to go through them, and abruptly, both their forms seemed to melt
Grayson looked up at Abaddon. “Wh-What’s happening?” He asked frantically.
"You'll see," Abaddon whispered right by Grayson's ear before abruptly, the world went black for them
(can we say Grayson wakes up later in the graveyard?)
(Yeah, sounds good)
Grayson woke up in a daze. It was still night time and a fog had settled in the graveyard. He sat up and looked around, scooting back against the gate to support himself.
Although Grayson had woken up, Abaddon was nowhere to be seen. For now, at least
Grayson groaned a little, standing up and stretching. Of course he just left me here alone. It was stupid of you, agreeing with him. He thought angrily, walking towards the entrance to the graveyard.
Aw, missing me already? cooed a strangely…familiar voice from Grayson's mind
Are you fucking kidding me? Grayson frowned. Get out of my head. He said angrily, opening the gate and walking out down the sidewalk.
You agreed to the contract, now live with it, Abaddon purred, grinning madly as he made himself comfortable in his new home
*I DIDN'T AGREE TO THIS!" He thought furiously, walking back through the town to his apartment.
Yes, you did, now stop whining, Abaddon said with a roll of his eyes
But..I..ugh..how long are you going to be here for? Grayson asked, sighing deeply. He got to his apartment and unlocked it, slamming the door behind him as he stepped inside.
Until you die, and I have to move on to a new vessel, Abaddon purred
My whole life. Of course. Grayson groaned, flopping onto the couch face first.
Well, if you serve your purpose, it might not be that long, Abaddon purred before seemingly materializing on the couch
Grayson scrambled to the edge of the couch, eyeing him suspiciously. "What do you mean?"
"Well, since I technically live in your head via a contract, the sooner you figure out the details of the pact, the sooner we part ways," Abaddon hummed
"Why can't you just tell me the details?" Grayson asked, still curled up and frowning.
"Because there are none," Abaddon hummed
“Wh..how..then how am I supposed to get you to leave?”
"By making the details," Abaddon laughed, obviously enjoying messing with Grayson like this
"Wh-what does that even mean?" Grayson scowled.
