"I'm sure this has happened before." Grayson laughed, looking up at the other with a grin.
"I'm sure this has happened before." Grayson laughed, looking up at the other with a grin.
"Mm, I don't know," Abaddon hummed, making himself comfortable on top of Grayson
"I'd actually be fine with this except we're on the floor and it's very cold." Grayson said, pushing himself up into a sitting position with great difficulty and making Abaddon fall into his lap.
Abaddon fell back with a huff, pouting a little now as he looked up at Grayson
Grayson laughed a little and patted Abaddons head before picking him up and heaving him onto the bed. He laid down next to him and sighed deeply, comfortable now.
Abaddon yawned, stretching out before rolling so he could drape himnself across Grayson. He had a goofy smile on his lips, uncharacteristic to his usual fake ones
“What are you smiling about?” Grayson asked, smiling a little as well and shifting some under Abaddon.
"Nothing," Abaddon hummed, getting comfortable on top of Grayson
“It’s got to be something. You don’t smile like that often.” Grayson murmured, closing his eyes.
"Just enjoying myself, I suppose," Abaddon answered, eyes fluttering shut now as he adjusted himself to better drape across Grayson
“That’s..good I guess..” Grayson smiled a little, wrapping his arms around Abaddon.
Abaddon grinned a little when Grayson wrapped his arms around him. "Using me as a pillow?" he asked with a chuckle
“If you’re forcing me to sleep on my back it’s more comfortable like this.” Grayson said quietly.
Abaddon just laughed softly before booping Grayson's nose. "You're such an odd human," he mumbled
“You’re such an odd..what even are you?” Grayson asked sleepily, frowning a little.
"That's a good question," Abaddon hummed
Grayson giggled a little. “You don’t know what you are?”
"Well, there's nothing else like me, so I haven't really figured it out," Abaddon said with a shrug
“What about Cyprus?” Grayson replied, turning his head toward Abaddon.
"He's a ghost, he's different. I'm not a ghost. From what I can tell, I'm like some sort of strange hybrid between an angel, a demon, and a spirit of some sort," Abaddon said with a shrug
Grayson burst out laughing, wheezing underneath Abaddon. “You? An angel? No way..”
"Exactly! Which is why I said I must be some sort of hybrid! That or I'm more like ryftwalkers…" Abaddon hummed
“Ooo What’s that?” Grayson asked curiously, still giggling.
"Oh, they're an oddity all right. Think of them as knockoff angels, but they look almost the exact same as them. You can really only tell the difference by the fact that they can't access their true forms in the mortal world," Abaddon answered
“That’s so fun..” Grayson murmured sleepily, still smiling. He reached up and patted Abaddon’s head down onto his chest. “Now shh and go to sleep.”
