"It's how I think." He whispered with a sigh.

She patted the dot next to her.

He slumped his shoulders, shuffling over to her. "I don't want to hurt you."

She kissed him gently

"Ravenna-" He started, but was stopped with him kissing her. His eyes fell close, and he leaned into her.

She sloely started to lran back

He sighed, and pet her head gently.

She sighed

"I think you need to rest." He whispered kissing her forehead before sliding back off the bed.

" just don't leave me" she begged

He looked to her and gave her a tender smile. "Alright, I won't." He whispered sliding back onto the bed.

She smiled feeling the bed dip

"Come here." He told her, sliding up next to her. "I'll hold you."

Ravenna shifted over to him varying her head in his chest

Viktor kissed the top of her head, humming softly. "You comfortable?" He asked in a tender tone.

She nodded " thank you"

"Of course," He mumbled, shutting his eyes. "Do you- do you like being rubbed to sleep?" He asked as he gently rubbed her side.

" i don't know no one's ever done it" she said

"Well tell me to stop if you don't." He mumbled.

" it feels nice… doesn't it… Knowing there are people who will protect you…or a person"

Viktor smiled, sliding his hand to the dip in her side. "It is, though it's scary when you think you've just lost them."

She nodded " you'll never lose me unless you tell me you don't want me" she said

"I mean death…" He whispered, feeling his smile drop. "But that wasn't fun to deal with either."

" I know " she said holding his hand
