Mikhail went back to where he slept before and sat down there.
Mikhail went back to where he slept before and sat down there.
Mikhail heard the hidden metal door open– from a hidden spot of the enclosure–open and shut, pushing something limp out.
Mikhail went over to what they pushed in, not sure what it was.
The mass of feathers at his feet masked their face. White wings speckled with pepper black- snowy owl wings, white like the petals of an apple blossom. They must still be under the sleep of a tranquilizer.
Mikhail gently poked the person's shoulder, not sure what to do at all.
The left wing curled in sluggishly, a feminine face revealed from under. She had pitch black hair, black eyes like a deer.
Mikhail sighed when the person didn't wake up and went back to his spot.
The lights of the halls flickered on. It'd be opening soon.
Mikhail stayed where he was, waiting for the place to open.
Skip?
Sure
Some time in the afternoon, the newcomer finally peered out into the enclosure.
Mikhail glanced at the woman when he saw something move.
She stared back at him, with a note of fear.
"So, what's your name?" Mikhail asked.
The timid creature didn't answer him. Simply stared at him in a sketchy disposition.
"Guess you're going to be the quiet one then…." Mikhail muttered.
She disappeared back into hiding.
Alex poked his head out of his nest room, "Who're you talking to?"
"Another person joined us and she's going to be the quiet one for now." Mikhail answered.
Alex blinked. "Another one?"
"Yea." Mikhail muttered.
He shuffled out, "Did you try and approach her?"
"Kind of?" Mikhail shrugged.
"…." He frowned pensively.
"Got a problem?" Mikhail raised an eyebrow.
