Elijah shrugged. "I do not care. It do not know what they have out."
Elijah shrugged. "I do not care. It do not know what they have out."
"Well, there's a small cafe not far from here and the mall isn't far from that," Leo replied, pulling on his boots, beanie and glasses, "We could go there?"
Elijah noddes. "It is your choice. You're the one who knows this village the best." He cupped Leo's chin and gave him a kiss.
Leo hummed into the kiss, standing in his toes so Elijah didn’t have to lean down as far. He pulled away and smiled, “Okay. We’ll go there, gives you a chance to see the city more.”
Elijah smiled down at him and nodded. "Okay." He reached down with a mischevious smile and pinched his butt.
Leo squeaked, blushed and pouted, “Th-There’ll be time for that later Elijah.”
Elijah laughed and kissed his cheek. "I'll remember that when we get back." He whispered in his ear.
Leo hit Elijah on the chest playfully, still pouting slightly before taking his hand, “Coke on, flirt.”
Elijah grinned and saueezed his hand. "Lead the way."
Leo nodded, grabbing his keys, wallet and phone on the way out. The walk to the mall wasn’t long, luckily so they’d get there within five minutes.
Elijah became more insecure the more they were outside. He saw people were tiny clothings, using small boxes amd talking into them.
Leo gave Elijah’s hand a small squeeze and stood on his toes to kiss his cheek, “If you want to go home at any point just say, okay?”
Elijah nodded but didn't anything. He just tried to make himself seem smaller.
Luckily, they made it to the cafe quickly. It was small and quiet, almost tucked away from the bustle of the city. The smell of fresh coffee and a mix of spices and foods wafted out of the front doors.
Elijah sniffed his nose, overwhelmed with the smells. He twitched his nose. He looked down at Leo
Leo smiled up at him and gave his hand a squeeze before he opened the door, a small bell tinkling to indicate their arrival.
Elijah geld open the door so they could walk in. He stepped closer to Leo as eye shifted towards them.
There wasn’t many people in the cafe and soon enough, people went back to minding their own business. A man about a year old then Elijah waked our and grinned at Leo, barely noticing Elijah as he pulled the smaller male into a tight hug.
Elijah released his hand as a man greeted Leo. He wrapped his arms around hos body, hugging himself. He looked around uncertainly.
The man pulled back a second later and Leo was then immediately at Elijah’s side again, taking his hand and leaning into his side. The man smiled, “Nice to see you again Leo, and who might you be?” He asked, turning to Elijah.
Elijah turned his body slightly into Leo. He didn't want to be there anymore but he didn't want Leo to be disappointed in him. He kept his mouth closed when the man spoke to him.
The man tilted his head slightly, “Well, I’m Mitch,” He smiled and Leo smiled back.
“Mitch this is Elijah. Elijah, Mitch,” He introduced, “Hey man could you give us a sec?” Mitch nodded and walked away before Leo turned his attention to Elijah with a small frown, “What’s wrong?”
Elijah shook his head and looked at the floor. "Nothing, I'm fine." He murmured. His eyes flickered up to his face before backndown at his shoes
“No you’re not,” Leo moved so one arm was wrapped around Elijah’s neck, his forehead resting against his, “I can’t help if you don’t tell me what’s wrong.”
Showing so much affection in public made Elijah nervous. The hand halding was fine. But this…this was frightening. He gently grabbed Leo's arm and took it off his neck. He took a step back, clutching his hand. "Its fine. I'm fine. Let's eat."
