Nathaniel booped her nose. “I’m glad I’m the first person who makes you feel like this. I understand you the best.” He smirked. “I love you too—“ Before he could finished his sentence, Ember had cut him off with a kiss. Heat rose to his face and his cheeks flushed red. Especially when she straddled him. He kissed her back once more, looking into her eyes.
she closed her eyes a little bit when he booped her nose and smiled she leaned down once more kissing him longer than she had before and rocked her hips slightly against him smiling into the kiss at his blush "I want to take me, Nathaniel…" She spoke surly as she looked back at his beautiful blue eyes, and she couldn't help but smile a little bit
Nathaniel enjoyed the longer kisses, bitting at Ember’s lower lip. The king hadn’t blushed this much in his life. “Hm?” He didn’t understand Ember in between his own thoughts and what she was doing. “My eyes aren’t that pretty, dear.” He reached up, placing a thumb under her eye. “Yours are dazzling.” He gave her a flirtatious smile.
Ember smiled a little bit and kissed him again "Volo te accipere virginitatem meam."
She blushed a little when she said that when was she fluent in Latin? "Your eyes are amazing dear and mine are not…"
Nathaniel flushed deeper, his breathing quickening from the exhilaration. “Aufer me etiam dum tu in eo es. Iocus sum, sed fac quod vis. An vis me?” He giggled, worlds rolling off his tongue. “No dear, yours are pretty. They glow bright like the human’s moon.”
She blushed a little placing her hand on his cheek and running her thumb across his cheekbone "Ita, mea te volo." She kissed his neck softly and began rocking her hips again "my eyes..glow when I feel strong emotions." She said with a small little laugh that sounded as innocent as a child's
Nathaniel’s face was hot to the touch, his cheeks consumed by the color red. “Fac me tuum, Ember.” He smiled at his neck being kissed. It was a fifty-fifty whether it would tickle or not. “Eh, fecisti me-“ He cut himself off, seeming to look into Ember’s eyes. “They glow beautifully.” He muttered.
Ember smiled "you know…your supposed to make me yours.." She said laughing quietly as she kept up her rocking she couldn't help but make a soft sound as she did so and blushed "thank you love.."
Nathaniel rolled his eyes, grabbing her by the shoulders, and rolled them over. He stared into her ember eyes, kissing her neck, and eventually biting it. Blood dripped into his mouth. Damn it. He bit in too far. Pulling away, blood dribbled down her neck. “Oops.” He smirked. The demon shouldered off his blazer. He touched the hollow of Ember’s neck, kissing it. Then Nathaniel moved his hands down to her waist, then to her hips, and then tugged on the waistband of her pants, staring into her eyes for permission.
(Shall we pop into PMs? Or skip over?)
(I wouldn't mind making a pm for this lol just gimme one second)
Ember let out a surprised yelp when he flipped them over and laughed a little bit moving her head so he had more room to kiss her neck a soft moan escaped her lips when he but her she didn't feel the pain somehow it just fueled her desire she clung to him her breathing picking up a bit she smiled a little bit at his response to the blood and kept he head where it was before
Her breath hitched when he reached her him and she gave him a small nod saying he could continue
Nathaniel had gotten out of bed and properly dressed. This man had ruined so many clothes, it’s ridiculous. He moved Ember over to a small couch while he replaced his bed sheets. The other ones were— covered in his own blood to say the least. Once the bed was neatly made, he placed Ember on top on the sheets, figuring she could keep herself warm. Nathaniel stretched, exiting his room and walk left down the hall to his study. Once he entered the glamorous room, he realized his books were still misplaced and broken. Oh well. Sitting at his desk, he grabbed a book with a black cover to the left of it, and started to write notes.
(Oh ty lol)
Ember was sleeping soundly even when Nathaniel picked her up and moved her once she was back on the bed she curled in on herself and woke up shortly after Nathaniel left she sat up slowly realizing Nathaniel was no longer in the room with her she sighed and stood up grabbing her clothes up off the floor so she could make it to her room and changed her clothes before heading to his study
Nathaniel groaned as he wrote up important documents. It was like a chore, and he'd rather be in bed, curled under the cool sheets. Atlas, the king had no choice, being forced to entries in the black book that had nearly killed him. Twice. The entries were written in an old demonic language, no use to anyone who might not know how to read it. He sighed, hearing the door click open. "Lilith, I'm busy at the moment and so not wish to hear the inquires of my—" He looked up. "Oh! Hi Ember." He set his pen down. "Did you sleep well?"
Ember walked in wearing her usual clothing as she walked into the study "it's just me don't worry, I slept fine I figured you'd be in here, why didn't you wake me up?" She stepped inside the study and crossed the door behind her walking up to the desk
Nathaniel smiled. “I wanted you to get some quality rest. I wasn't gone for long.” he scribbled down another sentence in the book. “I'm just working on some casual documents. Things I, unfortunately, have to instate as King. Each ruler has written something in this book.” Another word went on the page, marking his document as done. “How are you feeling?”
Ember nodded a little as she made it over to the desk and looked over at what he was writing "oh okay anything interesting or no?" She paused for a moment "I'm okay I guess"
Nathaniel closed the book, the same one Ember told him not to touch. He placed the pen back in its lone holder. "No. Just some wise words for who'll be next in line. Better to do it sooner than later. Kids like to read a letter from their parents, right?" His smiled slowly started to fade as he realized her never got a letter to read— not from either parent. The constant realization that his childhood was all means to stop him from finding out who he was filled the king's resentment.
Ember watched his hands as he closed the book and she felt some type of annoyance she sighed and took a seat in an arm chair near the desk "I guess so… "
Nathaniel shook his head, snapping himself out of his thoughts. "What's wrong, Ember?" He looked down at the book. "Sorry, I had to. It's a family thing. I promise, I'm not casting any more spells." He giggled, putting the book back in its place on his desk. "I would try to explain, but since I changed the house name, it would be a bit difficult to get the words right." Staring at Ember, he took a deep breath. "You'll understand during our wedding, hopefully. You still want to marry me, yes?"
Ember looked up and cleared her throat "nothing's wrong dear I just worry about that book… " she looked up at him a little confused "of course I still want to why wouldn't I?? "
Nathaniel glanced at the book then shrugged his shoulders. "It's not going to hurt me anymore— unless I conduct another spell. I won't be conduction another spell for a while. I'll be okay." He tapped his fingers on the desk, bitting the inside of his lip. "I was just making sure. We have all the time to make that official. Now, what would you like to do today, dear?"
Ember tapped her arm with her pointer finger and she looked around the study "whatever you say dear, I don't really mind what we do today just nothing that's going to make this headache worse.. "
Nathaniel got up from his chair, walking over to Ember, and kneeling next to her. "I thought you said you were okay." He felt her forehead with the back of his hand. "You don't feel warm. Should I get medicine for you? Or do you possibly know why you have a headache?" Concern flashed in his eyes. "Why don't we lay back in bed? It would help, yes? My room has little light in it."
Ember smiled a little "I am okay it's only a headache it won't kill me I promise you, but if you want to go to bed I wouldn't apose to it. "
Regardless, Nathaniel still upheld his concerned care. “It may be a headache, but we don’t know what’s causing it!” He started to fret. “It’s could potentially harm you in some way. Come on, let’s go.” Picking Ember up, he brought her back to his room, carefully setting her down on the fresh new sheets. He got into bed next to her, taking off his blazer, and wrapping his arms around her. “I’m worried about you after last night.” He whispered.
