She smiled gratefully and took his hoodie slipping it on leaving the hood on

He looked at her with it on, a tender look about him. She was cute with the hoodie, he'd probably just let her keep it. He wanted to hold her, and hug her, but it was not the best idea right now.

Caroline giggled playing with his hoodie strings.

"You warmer now?" He asked leaning closer to her.

She nodded looking at him.

"OK, good." He chuckled crossing his arms and flexing his muscles.

She gaze went from him to his arms to his toned chest back to the field with a dark blush

He chuckled, catching a glimpse of her red face. He wanted to lean over and tease her, but again, not with Collins around.

" I'm just gonna go get something to drink do you boys want anything" she asked tucking a strand of hair behind her ear

"I'm good." Brad hummed, his thoughts filling up with an inappropriate response. "I-I'm OK, though I can get it for you."

" you can come with me" she suggested

Collins stood up quickly. “Sure!”

" ok!" She said gently and looked at Brad

Brad smiled and waved. Collins gently took Caroline's hand and pulled her along to go get drinks.

Caroline walked with Collins side by side in uncomfortable silence

"Where are the drinks again? I haven't really come to games, when I can help it at least." He said softly, asking her.

" up here" she said gently reaching her into her pocket and pulling out a pocket. She felt bad she was with Collins but her mind.and heart we're still with Brad

"Alright, does it cost money? Cause I have some." He hummed pulling out his wallet.

" it's fine i.got it the newspaper committee get it free" she said

"Oh cool, I didn't know that." He smiled at her, pulling out a five for himself.

The pep rally came to an end and she was at her locker putting her stuff in, and the hall was like a ghost town probably because people had gotten out quicker and we're driving home.

Brad was outside of the school, just waiting, leaning against Caroline's car. He had his Harley, but he didn't have Caroline's address. So he was waiting for her to come back, otherwise he wouldn't be able to meet her.

Caroline walked out l, after putting her stuff in her locker, not seeing Brad.

He was scrolling through instagram, getting bored as he waited for her. He hummed softly to himself.
