He smiled brightly at her. “Alright, did you want to talk about… earlier?”

"It's nothing…really" she said

"If you're sure." He smiled softly setting his sandwich aside. "So, what's your favorite color?"

"white" Caroline said " yours?" She asked.

"Blue, mostly softer ones." He smiled, his gaze trailing upwards.

She bit her lip with a smile

He blinked out of his ditzy day dream, and came back to reality. "S-sorry…" He whispered feeling his face flush. "W-what classes are you in this year?" His voice was quietly timid.

¨English, Chemistry, Journalism, Art"other boring classes¨she said.

"Nice, though I always hated Chem. I'm terrible at it…" He laughed nervously, remembering just the other day when he had set his desk a flame.

She giggled "I turned a girl´s hair pink¨ she said.

"On purpose?" He asked surprised. He didn't seem to believe her.

¨No I accidentally mixed the wrong chemicals¨ she said with a blush of embarrassment

"O-Oh, that makes more sense." He laughed gently.

she smiled, her eyes shifted around looking for Brad.

"Everything OK?" He asked drinking from his water bottle.

¨Have you Seen Brad?¨ Caroline asked.

"Nope, not at all today actually." He shrugged setting his water aside. "Why do you ask?"

"We had A talk today, well two actually¨ she said.

"Oh?" Collins asked raising his eyebrow. "What kind? Like talk talk or, something else?"

¨It´s kinda hard to explain¨ Caroline said.

"Well, then nevermind." He hummed smiling softly at her. "But you're looking for him?"

¨He´s supposed to come to my house after school¨ she said.

Collins frowned softly, running a hand through his hair. Before asking his next question, her perked himself up. "So are you two like a thing or something?"

¨No!¨Caroline said quickly.
