My mom is getting a prescription from my doctor when we see her next. We are going to see if it will affect the other 10 or 11 pills I take.

My WiFi's about to go out… I hate it so much. It's really annoying to have every possible method of communication cut off abruptly with no warning.

I’m extremely stressed out to the point when my mom told me to go upstairs to study for a test, I fucking cried which is nice

Then she came into my room and proceeded to question me and I told her how stressed I was about my failing classes and low grades. But, hey, you know why? Well today they told me after a latin meeting if I don’t get my grades up to C or higher (the end of the MP is next Friday, btw, and I have two fifties and a 69) I won’t be able to jack shit!

yaaaay stress to the point where my body doesn’t even want to function anymore yay

And it’s absolutely so true and I don’t know what to do

I did all of my work but I still feel stupid and ragdoll-like and it’s awful

Have you asked your teacher for more time/corrections?

For relaxing/destressing:

• Take a hot bath or shower with epsom salts or bath bombs or bubbles
• Drink some tea
• Listen to classical music
• Focus on something calming you own, like a collection or a painting
• Take deep breaths
• Lie down and close your eyes, maybe put a damp washcloth over them.

Because weather is stupid and so is anxiety and they combined and I missed some math but it'll be fine.
