The strawberry one was kinda gross, but I also got it from a mall kiosk as opposed to people who actually specialized in bubble tea so there's that.

technically, no. boba is the little balls at the bottom of the cup. basically, the difference is that bubble tea can include or not include boba balls, and boba tea is literally just a fancy way of saying you want to include them. so in my opinion, they're pretty much the same, but that's probably because I get them in the tea every time.
