I think they taste like hot peppers as they go down your throat, burning.

Yeah, I like the idea of it being painful and than a cooling sensation washes over you as the potion takes effect.

Oof I've imagined it tasting rose? Not the smell rose the taste rose, apparently not a lot of people have eaten rose flavored things.
I have also imagined them as just being fanta exotic before.

I've also had the idea that it tastes completely different depending on whoever crafted it? Like the taste is completely unique to the person who made it, and it somewhat reflects who they are.

I always imagined it being smooth, thin, and slightly minty with a hint of lavender. I do like the idea of it changing from person to person though.
