I have a helpful tip that works for me. When I can't usually sleep at night, I either;
a) drink something warm, like tea. It always soothes me.
b) listen to songs
c) Literally just hug a pillow.
Another thing that helps is walking around your room. It'll tire you out and eventually, you'll fall asleep.

For some people, these tips usually don't work.
Also, try warming up your feet, too!

Is it common for someone to not dream very often? I don’t dream a lot, but whenever I do, the memory lasts for a second before it vanishes unless it’s something scary. The last time I dreamt, it was sort of a nightmare.
