@Mindful_Bison
I've heard of it, but not much about it. I'm sure there are lots of resources online in case you need help on the rules

Night!
So this post is a summary of a recent Dungeons and Dragons session. Hope you enjoy!
So in our session today, we set out on a recon mission and wound up in a lightly forested area on the road for the night. We all suddenly felt something different. Alex (our wizard) deduced that we had entered an antimagic field, as all of our magic stopped working. That's bad news for me (the sorcerer) and Alex, both of us relying heavily on our spells for survival. That night, Alex was keeping watch over our campsite, as to warn us of potential danger. A loud explosion pierced the night, awakening all of us instantly. None of us even had time to see his body hit the ground.
We found him there on the ground with a massive hole blown clear through his chest. The gunslinging assassin that had slipped through our fingers a month prior came back for revenge. As Alex lay dead on the ground, we saw the assassin's mask hanging from his belt, which he had taken as a token of victory the month prior.
In the ensuing battle, the forest caught fire and I hid, fearing for my life, being unable to help much more than being out of the way. The tree that the assassin was hiding in was engulfed in flame, forcing him to make a landing. We eventually got him pinned down and restrained (using our strongest chains and handcuffs).
Some of our group rejoiced in the victory, the capture of our adversary. There was no sweetness in this victory for me. Alex had been Jelohew's (my character's) closest friend in the group, and I felt so helpless kneeling there by his body amidst the flames.
I see.
Interesting.
Homebrew?
Dang that's pretty cool
@Shuri-Feels-Like-A-God! Nope, our dm allows the usage of all official D&D material, including the gunpowder codex (the rules for the gunslinger class)
@"actual.fandom.trash" Thank you, I had a lot of fun playing/writing it
Cool.
So cool.
That's actually really fun. I've never played but I've wanted to and also that could be a great writing prompt
Thank you Shuri.
Shuri didn't deserve this. He's been so good to all of us.
Nobody deserves this.
I'm sorry.
Nobody deserves this.
Least of all you.
Yes.
Shuri don't do that. Don't leave me here.
I read several different threads. If you leave, I just can't think of not coming to Notebook, without you being here.
He's not leaving. He's taking a break. A lot of people are angry with him tho.
