quick question: who here has insomnia?

I do sometimes. I can go up to a week without sleep if it gets bad, but normally I sleep every few days or get 4-7 hours a night
and then sometimes I can sleep for almost a full 24 hours

I don't have insomnia but I do have a lot of trouble sleeping nowadays

i have it basically every night, average maybe 2 hours of sleep a night

that fucking sucks. Have you talked to a doctor about it?

Hey guys… I want you to understand that I'm not staying… you guys are all amazing…. and this site saved my life once, but it also nearly ended it. I'm tired of the anxiety, depression, everything that this site has done to me, and me to it. With everything getting worse, I can't keep up with people anymore. The fear of being judged, of it all starting again, it's overwhelming, the fear of becoming the monster I am, and the drowning feeling that everyone will hate me.
The only reason I appeared was to keep in touch with Winter… I'm sorry, but I care about her.

Since now I'm a SC person, you live about 2 and a half hours away. Maybe, one Saturday, soon, I'll ride up there for fun. Until then, Connie I'm here, and I always will be.
