One of mine is about a guy who's working to undermine a government his parents thought was corrupt and he's tasked with hunting down and killing the remaining heir to the throne. He gets more than he bargained for when he starts to fall in love with her, and finds out just who her other friend is…..
Classic! Gotta love those.
Xander, a thief, and Elizah, a hardworking young woman from almost 500 miles away, cross paths after a heist nearly goes wrong. Xander, has stolen an object that they both want: a stone that can resurrect the dead, and will aid both of them in their quest to get a loved one back. However, Xander is tricked into giving Elizah the stone's only use so that she can bring back her older brother, who was a soldier in the recent Surrislan War and was mysteriously murdered after returning from his duties. Little do they know, his resurrection and Xander's later run-in with a Mafia hit-man would not only lead them all on a journey of redemption of their crimes and wrongdoings, but also lead them to some allies- all former militia like Elizah's brother- that would eventually land them in the rebel side of yet another civil war against the greedy, brutal, and uncaring government.

You guys have way more than me done
Story-wise, I only have a basic layout. I have more done on the characters than I do anything else. Speaking of characters, there are 6 main ones but I've come up with 52 total characters, all with their own relations to the other characters and their own motivations. And most of them come from different dimensions. Which means not only to have to flesh out all the other characters, I have to do the basic worldbuilding for each of their dimensions. Fun times.

In this stupid pile of cringe Kayla Dragonscale looses her memory for mysterious reason that is given away IN THE FIRST FREAKING CHAPTER! She’s joined by her actually friends and borrowed original characters who all seem to care about her, and one of them probably gives zero shits cough Roze cough. Join Kayla as she confronts the Villian after so much filler that you probably already either put it in the trash, recycled it, or burned it to see the worst written fight in exsistance that Kylee still has yet to right, and never is because she gave up a long time ago. The Betrayal.

The internet would give this a score of -infinity/10

But at least you have a lot of material to use. (Recycling is a wonderful thing.)

Lol me. I only ever finished two. One was technically unfinished out of those two, and one was a plot twist that was very crappy.

I feel you. I had to yank out my beginning of Althalos 1 because it involved the dark lord burning a village to the ground because of a prophecy that a child would destroy him.
(I still will probably use a lot of that. I hate it.)

True
I used to have plots for most of them, but then I developed the characters/worlds more and I was like
"Oh
Yeah no"

(I thought it was good at the beginning, then Emi was all like, Kylee, I love you, but this is the trashiest thing on the planet.)

That is a good friend.
(Well I’m glad I didn’t continue it, that would have been the worst fight ever.)
Althalos: the Prequel. (Creative title huh?)
From the Monastery of the Althalosian Brothers is sent Zol. A young man who is the first to have the ability of pure light. He is sent on a quest to find all the others like him and train them in the ways of their powers. All the while trying to stave off the inevitable war which could result in the destruction of everything he loves.
Revolutionary Blood:
With religious and racial tensions at an all time high, the reluctant teenage crown prince Bryce must find the lost Magicmoon heir to bring hope back to his kingdom. Unfortunately, his sister Marigold has other ideas, and while she is trying to start a revolution against the Grianite oppressors, he is trying to quell the riots of their own people, the Gaelachans.
And so he does the only logical thing he can think of: Asking his grandmother and her group of rowdy 300 year old friends to help him, leading him to uncover family secrets that would be better left vieled and to the start of a long-coming war.
Revolutionary blood is shed from the palms of war, but the palm is seldom the rational place to cut.
I love it.
Thank you! Yours all sound really cool, too! You have quite a few!!!
I would describe my story but in all honesty I don't even know what my story is
Draconian:
Isaac Aleksandrov was perfectly fine with his life. He had a kind and caring mother, good friends, and was doing pretty well in school even though they say the first year of college was supposed to be a pain. Everything was fine just as it was, and Isaac was perfectly happy with his normal, average life. But when he pries a little too deeply into the affairs of his reclusive roommate, Isaac finds himself way out of his depth. Suddenly he is transported to a world unlike any he'd ever seen before: a world of kings, dragons, knights, thieves, and a number of mysterious and powerful beings. All of whom are on the brink of war. Despite his terrible odds, Isaac is finally given a chance at survival when he meets and befriends a stern but well-meaning dragon named Romeriot. Together, both human and dragon will experience joy, terror, love, and what it truly means to be alive.
