Yeah, but it's so generic. Two straight white teens fall into a ~forbidden romance~ because gasp! They have a disease that's romanticized and only there to make it ~tragic~. Also it kills off the only gay character in the entire book and is basically just another The Fault In Our Stars clone.

I agree that they should not be able to enter
It's also annoying that YA books get lumped into two categories but the adult releases get a bunch of them. For example, Again But Better is fantasy, The Fountains of Silence and Capturing the Devil are historical fiction, Internment is dystopian, Opposite of Always is fantasy, and The Lovely War is fantasy/historical fiction but they all got put in YA Fiction, even though some belonged in YA Fantasy/Sci-Fi. Same with Verity (a thriller) being put in Romance.
