My friends (grades 9 and 10) all wanna go to prom (for grades 11-12) and ask the upperclassmen to take them??
Like honey, you're gonna b broke from that dress and everyone is still gonna know you're a freshman. My two friends are dating and asked upperclassmen to bring them so they could go together and I think it's stupid??
It just seems like a lot of trouble for some dumb party. Especially when they couldn't be bothered to show up to my birthday party and nobody even told me until after everybody else had made arrangements and now I get to laugh at them because they spent a fuck ton of money on dresses they don't get to wear

Adventure Time was a great cartoon and no one can tell me differently.

SOMEONE UNDERSTANDS

it was alright, A bit overrated, but still a fine tv show

I knew you would come to rain on my parade.

It wasn't as aggressive as the last time you brought up Adventure Time

Not worth it. Prom is great once or twice. Any more than that is overkill. And it will be cool for absolutely no one if they are there. Thats whack

Adventure Time still is one of my all-time favorite cartoons
And it might have been Marceline that made me attracted to girls

Only 2k?
backs away from conversation making nervous wealthy noises

Keep in mind that I
1) Am 15
2) Had a job that paid me only a little above minimum wage that I worked at only once a week usually
3) Don't get any allowance or anything from my parents

2k is a lot for me because I have literally been saving it for years due to having little to no income

Imagine asking an upperclassman to take you to prom. Chill tf out you don't get to do that. It's weird also juniors dating freshmen is kind of weird and I don't like it. But maybe it's just the juniors and freshmen at my school because A and N you both suck and your relationship is really fucking creepy

With the few exceptions of people that are like "I wAs In KiNdErGaRtEn EaRlY", skipped a grade, or got held back
Upperclassman= juniors and seniors
Underclassmen= freshmen and sophomores

1) I was unaware you are 15, lowkey thought you were my age
2) That is very unfortunate, I used to be on the minimum wage and I know it’s not fun
3) Neither do I, never have..

When I was your age I would have thought that 2k is a lot, but then I hit 16 and realised “Wow, life is actually expensive, 2k is not going to last me.”
And I’m still here thinking the same thing with just over 6k.
Props to you for saving up though! Saving is a difficult thing to do

Ah right okay…
Over here you’re just a student 🤷🏻
2-5 = Preschool
5-11 = Primary school
11-16 = Secondary school
16-18* = College

Yeah, I know it won't actually last me, but I almost never buy anything and, considering I'm not old enough to drive and still live with my parents, have very few expenses
I also sometimes get some money at holidays ig

This is so strange to me lol
Where are you?

@RedTheLoveless

again,,, what is prom ?

A dance except more important for some reason.

It's a dance meant to be symbolic of something, but it's mostly just like any other dance beside the popularity contest–I mean, voting for Prom King and Queen (and last year I believe we also had a Gender Neutral Royalty category…?)

Eris, Baylee and Reed this time
We were on some kind of weird island lmao
and I get watching horror movies… But that's not out of the ordinary lmao
and we had to do this weird thing where we had to like run around and do certain stuff idk
and then Reed was there and it was their birthday (because today is indeed their day of birth)
and then Baylee posted some sort of meme about Eris and it was a slug-related picture
but Eris's real name was Ashley
And Baylee spelled it Ashlay
and then I watched another horror movie, played with Reed's hair because those curls are a godsend, and woke up lmao
