My new sleep schedule (if you can really call it a schedule) has apparently decided to take its toll. I'm beat and it's only just after 8:30
I only slept last night because my messages to Baylee where becoming oddly incoherent and the words kept wiggling before my eye–although I was sure that I was spelling everything correctly…..my grammar went to the wind though.
and then proceeded to only sleep for 3 hours.
so sleep schedules be damned
I've maybe slept a grand total of 16 hours this entire week.
I spent an hour trying to get a friend to sleep last night. And I don't even know if they got more than three or four hours of sleep.
Do I really need to tell everyone (well, I think you probably already know, Eris, given all of your medical knowledge) about the effects of sleep-deprivation? Y'all need to sleep more! I cannot stress that enough.

I've been getting plenty of sleep, it's just that I don't usually go to bed between 11:40 and 2
Everyone functions with their own amount of sleep.
Im one of those people that can survive on a nap and feel fine.
Other people need straight 8 hours.

but so is just resting (which is what we've all been doing for how ever long this quarantine has been going on now)

My "sleep schedule" is Notebook, take a break to shower, Notebook until 11:30, get Existential™ and try about 7 different positions to sleep in before passing out at 12:30 or later after stressing about the past and/or the future.
