"That's a lot of whatever it is…" Crisp's face drains of color.

Griffin is one of the last to crowd around. "Uh… Kepler, I don't think planets should look like that…"
"Yeah… I doubt that's just bits of the planet…"
Tapping on a few screens, Brella cursed, "I can't be totally sure that it's a fleet, or a debris field. Too many signatures to establish a clear formation, but no clear center of attention." She aligned the array to a single signature and tracked it for a few seconds. Then another. And another. "They're all moving so fast…." she breathed, staring at the screen, "Almost like…."
"Like what…? Is something coming for us?!" Crisp starts to breath heavily, keeping himself calm.
"Uh, I'm no space specialist, so tell me what the hell those bad thingies are?" Griffin said, curious and concerned.
"Yea, it is of importance." She answers to Brella. She looks over to the window of some sort and looks over to the planet pieces. She immediately covers her mouth in shock. Oh my god. She looked closer to see the terrain of the pieces and saw the same deep-blue dirt particles surrounding the pieces. She backed up slowly and sat in her chair, not believing what she saw.
(I want it to be like her planet was destroyed so she has to go with them to fight against the dominants for revenge.)
Crisp gives Kepler a hug to try to comfort her, closing his wings around her
"We'll get revenge for you… trust me, and sorry for me acting like a dick before."
"Well," Brella sighed, sitting back, "That's that."
Ice and rock covered the screen. But mostly ice. Iced people. Iced foliage. Those that hadn't been vaporized into the dust around them had been frozen by the void.
Brella punched in a set of coordinates, and laid her hand over the jump lever, then paused. Kepler needed a moment. And Brella needed to think.
"What was Lektra doing to deserve this?" She asked no one in particular, "Love was ruined, but it's still there. This…. this can't just be hate, can it?"
(I've updated the name to be slightly more apt, I feel. If you don't like it, I'll change it back, no probs.)
"Good lord," Griffin's mouth was agape, soon his hands cupped over it, and his eyes were wide with terror. "Who did this?"
Crisp lets go of Kepler. "They did it, at least that's my bet. And who the hell knows why they do this? Cause they just want to watch every world besides theirs collapse, destroyed." Crisp sits down, and fiddles with his fingers to calm himself down.
"They did it? But I thought… Shit! How could they've done this? They must've found out that this ship was stolen, and… Oh, God…" Griffin was obviously flustered.
"Grif, relax! This had nothing to do with us. These people have been gone awhile."
Brella took a breath and pushed herself to her feet, "We've gotta get to the front. We'll drop Kepler off at the nearest friendly station, then…"
"Well, wouldn't that be up to her if she wants to be dropped off? I won't mind her anymore, I don't even know why I got on her case before…" Crisp seems to have a reignited hatred in his eyes, being refueled from the planet getting destroyed.
"That doesn't matter, Crisp! Look at 'er, she ain't in a fit state…" Brella paused, found her words, "She needs time to grieve. And we have places to be." With that Brella strode towards the controls and prepared their jump towards a friendly station.
Crisp thinks for a while before saying. "That might be best… I still want to give her a choice though. I guess you still do choose in the end…."
Brella sighed and got up, the ship still idling in space. Downstairs, she snagged two rifles from the ship's armory, slapped her hackingbug on them to break the biometrics, then went back up and held one out to Kepler.
"You take the gun, you come with us, and we take this fight to the Dominants. You don't, I drop you off, and when you've figured yourself out, you tell everyone what happened, and you riot. The destination's the same either way."
(gtg)
"Thank you for letting her choose." Crisp gives a hug to Brella.
Kepler was still in shock at the fact that a planet that had been around since before time had been destroyed. She looked up into Brella's eyes before standing up and taking the gun. She wiped the one tear that she shed and nodded to show that she picked the first choice.
Brella nodded, "They won't get away with this. I promise." Strapping the other gun to her back, she pulled the jump lever, and the ship sped off towards the nearest startower.
"So here's the plan. We need to spread the message. See if we can't raise some hell on our way to the front. So we're gonna hit up Spacetower Delta. The feed we need is in this ship's sensor logs, now. We upload that, and blast it. And then…."
"Yeah, you can handle all of thee cyber stuff. I'll help with stealing and physical stuff." She said when Brella trailed off. Her normal personality was back although she was still hurting on the inside. She didn't want to appear vulnerable in front of the group so she dug and buried her feelings deep in the back of her mind before getting back on task.
(I wonder…. @Bandito, are you still stalking this?)
