OH, I KNOW. Wait, what website it is? I have an account for one that lets you create a character and lets you place your characters in the timeline of the movies, and you can play there… It lets you do whatever you want, except mess with the main storyline.

Well it's a PC game. It's called Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor, and there is another one called Middle-earth: Shadows of War.

They are pretty fun to play.

What's a PC?

It is a Personal Computer. A gaming desktop.

I was once working on a LotR fan fiction that takes place in the LotR universe…. If anyone would like to read it, please let me know, and I'll make a discussion for it. We got to 42 chapters in it, but sadly never finished…. I loved the characters that I made for it so much that I decided to write my own fantasy story with one of my other friends; we're still in the planning stages.
