The thunder was reaching its peak. Fade was tempted to reach up and cover his ears, but then it stopped. Huako's hair raised. It was disturbing. Everyone in the bar had also fallen silent, staring around in confusion.
Then came a massive crashing sound, like half of a mountain was sliding down. Huako leaped to her feet, staring at the door. She took a step, but the sound came again, followed by the sound of panting.

Echo moved from the bench to look out the window nearby, some vague shadow a creature could be seen in the distance but he couldn't make out any of it's features of even guess what it was.
Cosmo turned around on his bar stool, drink in hand while he moved away from the door. Whatever it was that was coming, he wanted to be far away from it.
