(Thanks! One question: my character isn't the oldest, but kind of 'goes with' the animal crystal better than her big sister, and none of my other characters match the animal crystal. wwwhat do I do?)
(OK so I hadn't thought of that, but now I have something. The crystal, by tradition, is always given to the eldest. However, if the eldest dies or can't connect to the crystal, then the crystal gets passed to the second eldest and so forth)
