She blinked a few times to pull herself from the daze of running headfirst into a solid mass of dragon. "No, woah, I'm sorry," Camille laughed, rubbing her aching snout. "I was looking for my dad, I wasn't looking where I was going and it's so crowded," the young dragon sputtered.
James head peered up, suprised by the loud noises. He grumpily stood up beginning to stretch, then left the home. He hit his head on the top of the doorway to the outside, which he does very often, he heald the bump now on top of his blue scaly head. Ugh⌠what am I supposed to do now? Just then, his stomach growled, screaming at him to get food. Alright⌠Whatever⌠Iâll just stop by the market and grab somethingâŚ
"Do you need help looking?" He asked as calmly as he could after actually seeing her.
"I.. that'd.. be helpful, actually. He's got kind of a big nose," Camille smiled with humor, "He's got a scar on his brow too. His name is Achytl."
James made his way to the market, constantly shaking his head to wake himself up. He stumbled sometimes from his tiredness, this was the last time he would sleep in the morning.
"Alright, it'd be easier to look from above, you go ahead and fly, they'd be more accepting of you." he chuckled.
Camille opened her wings, got a bit of a running start and flew a few meters above the heads of passerby.
(is it too late to join??)
(Welp, not to be rude, but since itâs already closed, shouldnât you edit the topic and close itâŚ?)
(Itâs alright, just wanted to point it out.)
Ill have to wait a bit, have to go on a different device to change it and im not home yet )
(I'm assuming it's a no?)
"Achytl," Edmund kept quietly repeating to himself, "A scar." He was sliding by the other dragons looking at faces as he passed by, occasionally glancing up at Camille as she glided through the air above.
Camille had to flap her wings pretty frequently, to keep afloat.
He saw a fairly large dragon with a mild scar across his face, "excuse me sir? Are you Achytl?"
He looked up from sewing a hole in a blanket, and answered in a gruff voice, "I am."
"Ah, um, someone is looking for you, i believe it's your daughter?" He said looking down.
Achytl looked up, and his daughter waved. "I.. See." He looked back. "Thank you, then." The father looked unconfortable.
"Yeah, no problem." Edmund stuck out his hand for a handshake.
The father extended his claws to accept the shake. His claws needed some serious sharpening; they looked dull and unevenly sized compared to the other claws.
Edmund took his hand and shook it. He looked up at Camille as she came in for landing.
"I see you made a friend," Achytl grunted to his spritely daughter.
"Yes!" She chirped. "He seems cool."
"I see." Her father looked unimpressed, but she just kept smiling.
