The Ringmaster smirked, eyes glittering under the mask. "First, the Chemist."

Asher tightened his gas mask as his body evaporated into a green fog which distributed itself around the circus. The fog groups then all pass the audiences from every corner of the circus. When the groupings of fog merged into one, Asher’s body appeared from the middle with his signature suitcase of chemicals. He then turned to the audience, about to start the real show. He had to keep his cool as that was a crucial part of his character.

Tempest watched, eyes sharp.

Asher was needed to do silent comedy with the chemicals he had. He held up his hand and knelt down, opening his suitcase. He turned back to the audience as he grabbed a closed beaker of a blue substance. He tapped his feet in a rhythmic way and needed to call one of the audience members to help him with his first trick. He pointed at one of them and called them forth.

One of Tempest's brothers, Aquarius, stepped down to the strange kid. Tempest rolled her eyes as he flashed a smirk at the audience, which, even with the hood and glasses, made women swoon.

When the audience member arrived, Asher told them to hold the beaker for him as he opened it. He gestured telling the person to be careful with the chemical. He rolled up his sleeve and had an empty beaker right by his elbow. He turned to the crowd as if the trick didn’t work. He shook his arm once as the crowd was now confused. When he shook his arm for the second time, he created water from his arm which splashed the whole crowd as some of them laughed. He held up his hand and turned to the person who was with him. The empty beaker he had was filled with some green liquid. He turned to the crowd and gestured, telling them to countdown with him…

He poured the green chemical into the previous blue one and covered his ears. Everyone expected it to explode but it didn’t. Asher acted as if the reaction didn’t happen. He took the beaker back from the person. He told the person to move away from the beaker. He shook the beaker a little and it exploded in his hand. The crowd gasped…Asher came out of the smoke fully unharmed as they cheered. He thanked the person who came out and gestured them back to their seat.

Aquarius walked back to his sister and other brothers. "Tem," he whispered. "That kid is super powerful."
Tempest shot him a look. "I know. But do you really think he wants to be on display like that?"

Sky watched in awe, her black wings folded behind her like a cape. She wasn't the best, she knew. In fact, it was common for her to think lowly of herself, especially in front of others. If it weren't for the Ringmaster, she wouldn't be performing at all.

The Ringmaster rolled his eyes. "Next, the Fallen Angel!"

Asher grabbed his suitcase and bowed once to the crowd before evaporating into green fog again. As the green fog left the circus, they dropped green roses on some of the audience members. The green fog reformed again behind the stage and Asher sat down, sighing as the next performer needed to go up.

The Ringmaster sneered at Asher. "Your performance was lacking, boy," he hissed.

Asher sighed under breath. “I know sir…” he had to keep what he had in the suitcase and what he wanted to say to himself. He planned two other acts ahead of time but was still unsure of whether he should perform them or not as he wasn’t confident with them just yet. He locked his suitcase and looked out at the next performance.

Finn watched the ringmaster carefully. Mentally he went over Poppy's performance with her. (gtg but ill be back in a little bit)

Zoey shivered forward, knowing she was up soon. Her wings fluttered gently behind her and she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.

Asher noticed how nervous Zoey was. He wanted to comfort her but knew that by doing so the Ringmaster might shock him again. He got out a sketch book and a pen from his suitcase and wrote something on it. He showed it to Zoey with a smile behind his mask. Don’t worry, you’re amazing already was written on it.

Sky walked boldly, her wings hidden before she came onto the stage, her eyes locked straight ahead. You've done this before, you prepared for this. But she doubted herself behind her calm mask.
Now in the center of the stage, she took a breath, smiling as her wings revealed themselves, extending to their full length. She took to the air, doing flips and tricks as easily as one would do in water as the crowd oohed and ahhed, clapping at some points.
For her grand finale, Sky got to the highest point she could and dove, her speed increasing as the ground drew near. It was only at the last second that her wings extended, allowing Sky to float down and have her feet gingerly touch the stage floor. Before leaving, she curtsied to the audience with a fake-but realistic, broadened smile.

A grin flashed across her face, and she nudged him with her wing tip thankfully. Then, she bit her lip and started to let her scales shift colors, vibrant shades of orange and blue sweeping across her wings and arms.

That was it. Zoey was up next. She skittered into the room, looking up and around with her eyes wide. The colors shimmered around her as she played the part of exotic animal. She twirled, letting her wings rush out and fan around her.

Asher noticed that Sky came back in. He turned a page of the sketch book he had and wrote something on it. He turned it to Skyler.
That was Awesome was written on it, beside it was a smiling face. Asher also smiled behind his mask as he showed her that.

Aza twitched slightly, apprehensive.
