"And what if I don't want to, hmm?" Virgil raised his eyebrows and tightened his hold on himself a bit.

Remus sat there for a moment before shrugging. "I mean, I could always tell my brother about your little crush on him. I'm sure we would love to hear about that." He said with a grin.

Virgil's pale cheeks gained a light pink flush. How does he-? Oh, never mind… "You're a dick sometimes, you know that?" He hesitated before reluctantly tugging up his sleeves, revealing the litany of little fresh cuts hidden beneath.

Remus flashed his signature smile. "I know~!" He said as he gently took hold of Virgil's wrist and began to wrap it. "Tell me if it's too tight."

Virgil nodded, tensing up when Remus touched him. Honestly, he was glad Remus was doing this and not one of the others. Remus was really the only one who wouldn't make a huge deal about it and make Virgil feel guilty. Well, he still felt guilty, but less so than he would with Patton or Roman.

Remus had done this a few times before. Despite the completely opposite personality's, Remus and Virgil share a few things on common. Remus didn't mind doing this for the other, as he felt bad that Virgil had to put up with his brothers "I can save you!" attitude. He knew Roman had good intentions but he just tried a bit to hard, which usually ended up driving Virgil away.
"Sorry for waking you up this morning. I shouldn't have done that." He admitted and he finished up one wrist.

(AAAAAAHHHH!!! I love soft Remus with a passion.)

"It's fine… I should be used to not sleeping by now anyways." Virgil didn't really seem to be fully present. He was completely drained, both physically and emotionally. He felt dead on his feet and there was no way he could make it through the day, but if course, he didn't plan on bringing it up.

Remus gave Virgil a doubtful look. "You look like shit." He said bluntly as he finished the other wrist.

"Yeah. What's your point?" Virgil withdrew his arms and rubbed at the bandages absently for a few seconds before he pulled his sleeves down again.

Remus reached out and in one swift movement, flipped Virgil around so his back was facing Remus. "Because you're going to end up passin out during the day." He said as he pulled Virgil back against his lap.
Remus would sometones get random bursts of affection, this being one of them.

"What're you doing…?" Virgil asked tentatively, not sure how he felt about the sudden contact. He was aware of Remus's impulsiveness, of course, but he'd never been entirely comfortable with it.

(I was in class when you guys typed this and assumed that Shadow Knight would insert something, but yeah, I can add something!)

Roman sighed and got out of his room, deciding to walk around for a bit, and he walked by Virgil's door and was intrigued by what he had overheard, though he didn't want to intrude, knowing that he'd probably get yelled at for a second time. He was considering knocking anyways, though.

Virgil tried to pull himself out of Remus's lap, looking nervous and uncomfortable. "Uh… sorry, Remus, but I really don't think I want to be touched right now."

Roman lost all control over himself and barged into the room after hearing that statement, wondering what in the heck was going on. "I'm sorry, what?! My brother is actually trying to comfort you and somewhat succeeding?!"

Virgil flushed red and fully separated himself from Remus. He was clearly startled and wasn't quite sure what to do. "R-Roman! I… It's nothing…" He stammered. "He just… knocked some sense into me, I guess…"

"I see how it is with you and my brother… I see that he can do the things that I am incapable of. If I have truly failed you, then I am sorry to have ever interrupted… I want to ensure that you get better, but I cannot do anything for you myself, so, I'll be seeing you…" Roman turned around and left in a dramatic fashion, sighing. I need to figure out how to help him… I truly am stupid sometimes! I need to remember that people are heroes for their actions, not their personalities! He was internally scolding himself.

"Roman, wait! It's not like that!" Virgil jumped to his feet and ran after Roman, though his vision started fading a second or two after he stood up and he had to lean against a wall to avoid passing out. "R-Ro, please…"

Roman turned to look at Virgil and he stopped with the scolding himself internally for the time being. "I don't see what you're getting at. I clearly can't do anything like some of the others can when it comes to this sort of problem…"

"N-No Roman, you… you help in different ways…" Virgil argued weakly. "You just… you come on a bit strong, and the whole hero thing makes it really difficult for you to help me because I'm not super… receptive, to say the least… and then you feel like you've failed me or something but you really haven't, I'm just being difficult and stupid, and I… I'm sorry, okay?"

"None of this is your fault. You don't need to put the blame on yourself. No one is at fault here. We simply have different personalities, and mine can be hard for others to understand in the slightest unless they share a similar one with me. I get it, honestly. You did nothing wrong, and neither did I. I might've let my love and passion for the dramatic take over, but it's who I am. Again, there's no need to be sorry…" Roman said.

(F**k! I SWORE I wrote a response to this. I remember typing it out!)

Remus watched the two start to argue for what seemed for the millionth time that week. He rolled his eyes and rested his chin on he hand. "Will you two just duck and get it over with?" He said, sounding board. After all, you could only hear those two bicker about who did what wrong for so long.

Virgil sighed and buried his face in his hands. "Roman, I feel like we need to have a conversation to clear all this sh*t up, but that terrifies me and I don't know how to do that anyways."

"We do need to talk about this, but I understand that you have problems with that. I've learned that from any attempt that I've made at helping you and how much just about anything I do isn't the right thing to do, but I'll work on it," Roman said.

"Roman, stop that… you're getting all passive aggressive again. Do you want to take some time to calm down before we talk?" Virgil asked. There was no malice in his voice; just a genuine suggestion of something that tended to help him.
