"Interesting…I guess I'll take you up on a tea." he smiled a bit "What kind of blends?" He didn't really buy tea anymore since many of the ones in the stores around his home were pretty bland and flavorless

“Yeah. It’s a just small hobby.” Meg shrugged and started some hot water. “Let’s see, my best ones are… pretty much anything mint. You know; spearmint, or… I’ve got an orange mint one and I’m still working on using chocolate mint in something.” She offered. “Or I’ve got chamomile.”
He chuckles a bit and tells her "I'll let you choose cause I'm not too much of a tea expert…but mint is pretty great."
”I’m not that much of an expert either.” Meg smiled a little as she got out two cups and a glass bottle of loose leave tea blend. ”Peppermint Cinnamon sound good?” she asked.
"Sure it sounds wonderful." Theo told her with a little head nod
Meg smiled a little as she poured the hot water and handed him a cup of the homemade drink. Personally, she liked this blend a little strong so she left her tea-strainer in longer.
Theo took a sip of the blend and gave her a thumbs up "Interesting. Never can really go wrong with mint I think." He told Meg as he took another sip of the warm tea
”Glad you like it.” Meg smiled softly, taking a sip of her own drink. ”In my experience with this stuff, it's hard to mess up mint.” she chuckled a little before glancing over her shoulder. She hadn't forgotten why he had come over… She just wanted to spend some time with him as a friend first.
(bump… I don't want this to die)
i'm sorry for being gone so long :'(
It's ok. I was starting to get a little worried about you.
(i'd love to continue if you'd like)
(Yes, please!)
He hummed happily as the tea warmed his body "this is nice…I almost forgot I came here to train." he chuckled as he sipped his tea some more
”Don’t worry. I didn't forget.” she assured him. ”I can show you my equipment whenever you’re ready. But… I do have something of a random question.” she admitted, taking another sip of her tea.
"Sure what is it?" he asked as he finished up his tea with a smile
”I’m not trying to be ignorant and I definitely don't want to be offensive, ” Meg warned, ”but what’s the difference between a Kitsune and a Fuchsbau?”
"Well most obviously is the color we are, I being a crimson and orange and they being a white. There are quite a bit of similarities between our abilities and they aren't know for as much lying as my kind…and they dont get into as much organ sales." he shrugged "You don't need to worry about being offensive, you're a Grimm talking to a Wesen, it's a great chance to get information in a non-combat situation."
Meg smiled a little relieved at his assurance. ”Thanks. I was just curious. Honestly, I haven't seen a Kitsune yet, but there's a couple of entries that mention them in my books.” she told him.
"There's lots I haven't seen either and I'm wesen myself." he smiled a bit "I remember a lot of the names and history but taking a look at that your books would be pretty cool I think." he stretched a bit "Alright i'm ready when you are."
She grinned and gave a small nod. ”Alright.” she said, standing up and leading him towards a door in the back of her house. They had to pass her bedroom before they came to a semi-hidden door which led to a typical storage room, full of an organized chaos of art supplies, standard emergency supplies and drying plants; some wild that she had gathered herself and a few that she had to purchase. ”It’s in the back.” she explained.
"Alright" Theo nodded and followed behind. He briefly looked to the plants she gathered and the art supplies. "Your place is so nice." he told er as he was led
”Thanks.” she answered. ”Sorry about the mess back here. It's easier to hide things this way. Like this…” Meg reached behind a large shelf and lifted a small latch, opening the hidden door.
"If you came by my apartment like I usually keep it then…well you wouldn't feel anything for this little bit of mess." Theo tried to assure her with a grin
“Really? You seem like such an organized guy.” Meg smiled as they entered the room. It looked like what you would expect of a Grimm ”lair”. An entire wall of handwritten books, old maps and miscellaneous ingredients for poisons and anti-toxins, and a large armoire full of weapons especially for fighting Wessen.
